This great team connected a 1921 home in North Portland to city sewer for the first time. They also had to decommission FOUR cesspools on the property -- one from ~1961, plus three more ancient ones. Their cleanup after the job was great, and they even threw down grass seed over the dig sites. The $18,310 price tag, though a big chunk, seems reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done, and the approx three days the crew spent in November downpour conditions.

Overall they did a great job. They were efficient and kept us informed as to what they were doing. They only negative, and it isn't much is the replacement concrete isn't level to the existing.

I had my sewer line repaired because of roots. They gave me an estimate, scheduled the work to be done and did the repair needed. This was expensive for me but was a much better choice than having my whole yard dug up and cost less.

We had our sewer line spot repaired due to root encroachment. This is an expensive repair, no matter what company you use. They gave us a competitive bid, got us on the schedule, and did the work as promised (showed up when agreed upon, left the area cleaned up, and sent us a photo/video of the work done).

Finished in one day. Great price. Did what they said they would do. Left the area cleaned up.

They did a great job. It was quite an undertaking, digging a trench in the basement to re-route the sewer line, but they were efficient and courteous and it ended up being well worth the relatively short inconvenience. Their bid was very competitive and they gave a written guarantee.

They were prompt, honest, and professional. I had a number of cracks in the line out to the main sewer line. They inserted the lining which is guaranteed far longer than I'll ever own this home. It prevented their breaking up and removing (and later replacing) of 5 large blocks of the sidewalk, due to the angle, which we had only replaced a few years ago and would have, I'm sure, resulted in a large extra charge with the new pressed and tinted color probably not matching.

David showed up when he was scheduled and almost immediately identified what the problem was that had been frustrating me for several months. Was fixed within 10 days, with a few days delay due to the smoke issues.
