David evaluated my issue and was very honest and forth coming in the fact that though I had been told I needed to replace my sewer line under my house that my line was OK. Though he did not do the hydro flush I did need he referred me to another company to have the work done. I will be using hm on any future plumbing jobs and would refer him to anyone needing an honest business man to do a job for them.

David went above and beyond the quoted estimate to make sure I was satisfied with their work. For work he didn?t do, his referrals were great. His concrete subs left a little more mess than I liked but otherwise did fine. David and his crew are as full of integrity as the get. Don?t hesitate to call him.

Very professional. Showed up on time, walked us through the sewer video and gave his opinion on fixing it. Ran into some problems with the initial plan so hired a dig team without charging extra. Very good communication and very professional job!

The main water line from my well to my house was leaking badly and I was fearing a complete break, which would mean NO water! David responded quickly established a repair plan that also included replacing the two other water lines that ran off the main line. He and his crew were able to complete the job on time and UNDER the quoted price. Five stars from start to finish!

Great company; easy to work with; great value; great follow-through. Even though ran into an unforeseen obstacle they were right on it and got the job done on time and on budget. Only thing they could slightly improve in my opinion is being more proactive in communicating with customer - i.e., when they will be there, etc. Just small improvement needed.

David did a great job lining our root-infested sewer pipe using the NuFlow technology. He was extremely responsive and professional. The city of Milwaukie had concerns that our sewer line was partied with one of our neighbors and David came out on a Saturday to do a dye test to ensure there wasn't a problem at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

David was very professional and skilled. On a Sunday, he responded quickly to my urgent request (water was backing up into my bathtubs due to an underground pipe breakage). He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. He seems to have state-of-the-art equipment. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely hire this service again.

We had tree roots enter our sewer and cause all sorts of problems. While this was an unpleasant surprise, working with David was great. He was able to repair our sewer quickly, without digging up our yard, and charged a very fair price for his work. We are so thankful for his skills and his professionalism.

David came out and ran a camera for me, and basically confirmed my suspicions about the tree growing into my downspout underground drainage system. His quote was less than half the competitors as well. I decided to have him try and clear the line, but it just wasn't salvageable. David was very professional and seems to care more about helping you fix the problem than up-selling his services. Although I chose not to have him replace the line as I am going to attempt it myself, David reached out and opened me up to some solid alternatives, and continued to give me unsolicited professional advice, which in the end led me to the best decision for my home and wallet. All around good experience, i would certainly recommend giving him a call and see what im talking about.
