We are still in the planning on having them do our counter work. We can see why he has gotten such good reviews. We feel confident that the work will be done well and professionally. Prices were also very good. We would highly recommend them.

4 days after my call for a bid we had our granite counter tops installed. Done deal!

They came in a gave us a fair estimate. They were excellent but we decided not to do the project. They seemed to be very honest and I would have hired them had we gone through with the project.

Dion and his crew came in on time on a Wednesday morning to remove the old countertops. After they were done with the work and cleaned up,we went to there location to orient the pattern layout of the granite. They processed the two slabs on Thursday cutting and doing the profile. Early Friday morning a 4 member crew came to install a very large piece that went down the main counter and wrapped around past the corner sink to the stove. After the large piece was installed Dion and one other completed the rest, the island,bar ect. They also installed the new sink,garbage disposal and faucet . They were very careful during the project and worked hard with no breaks till the job was done. Very impressed.

He gave us a great quote and then came back with a quote that was almost 40% more. When I talked to him about the price he said that I wouldn't even be concerned with it down the line, as if that made it ok to nearly double the cost. He was very nice but I thought it was disappointing that he entirely changed his approach.

He was very responsive. He was very pleasant to work with, he took me through the steps of the work. They cleaned up their mess. He did come back because I thought I had a problem with the sink. He came right away, and there was no more problem. He satisfied my needs. I feel comfortable that if there was a problem that he would come right over to help.

Dion was on time and very professional. His bid was the one I would have chosen had we gone ahead with the work. He was on time, got the bid to us in a timely manner and the price was reasonable (in comparison to other bids we received-but more than we were prepared to spend at the time). He brought samples and let me keep some to help me choose a color. He followed up with me by phone, but was not pushy. I think he would be a good person to do business with.

Dion was very responsive and willing to answer questions. Price was good. Staff was excellent. For the most part, they were careful in my home during the install. Good work. Would use them again--maybe even without seeking bidd from others.

I spoke with him on the phone and he seems like a nice guy. We had about 5 or 6 estimates.

Overall, the experience was good. The granite work they did was top-quality. I had to re-do some of the plumbing work they did, so I wouldn’t recommend them for plumbing, but the granite work was fantastic. Their price was fair. I’d recommend them for the granite work in a heartbeat.

Overall, it went very well. Dion (the owner of the company) is one of very rare people in the construction industry who is punctual. When we arrived at our new single family construction site 10 minutes before the appointment time for an estimate, he was already there and waiting for us. We obtained 4 bids for countertops and Elegant Granite and Marble Inc was the only company that physically came out to the site for an estimate. In addition, Elegant was one of two companies that could install both countertops and backsplash tiles. We thought heir pricing was very competitive and their scheduling was quite flexible. Even when things did not happen as we planned due to our mishaps - delayed delivery of our slide-in range and underestimation of amount of tiles ... etc -, they were very patient with us and did not mind working over weekends to meet our tight deadline.

The work is scheduled for the summer, but I wanted to find out who could do the work. I also wanted to feel comfortable with the person. I met with them and I felt pretty good about having them do the work. So, I wanted to have them come out and look at it and get an estimate. I met with them on a Saturday at their shop and scheduled for them to come out. The person I dealt with said that he would be able to come out after work hours that Saturday in the evening time. We were fine with it and that was great. So, he took the time after work hours to come out. He, his wife and his child were going out to do something else. We didn?t know that they were waiting in the car. He was very courteous too. He was very easy to talk to. He had good ideas about the type of materials, color and layout. The whole nine yards was really great. He was able to work out the estimates with a variety of different types of ideas. He gave us multiple types of breakouts on our estimate. It was very positive. He is a wonderful contractor that we feel really good about. He is the owner of the business. He is actually part of it and he is going to be on-site. So, it?s not like you are talking to a large corporation where you have someone else that is going to be doing all the work or you are talking to someone else completely different. This is hands on all the way through the process. He appears to be extremely knowledgeable from our conversation and able to handle all the needs. He also answered all the questions that we had. It was a very positive experience.

Professional and responsive, they were eager to communicate with us, provide estimates and answer all the questions we had. They came over and spent as much time as we needed to go over specifics

It went very well. These guys were easy to deal with and easy going. They got things done in a timely fashion and at high quality.

The owner/operator knows the business well and will answer whatever questions you may have. However, it would have been helpful to have a check list with all the needed info (type of tile to buy, type of grout, work schedule sequence etc.). When the purchased faucet couldn't be installed within the contracted time frame because parts were missing, the owner gave us a $300 credit off our bill as we later had to hire a plumber to complete this part of the job with a different faucet set (this amount was very close to what the plumber charged). Dion and his crew are very hardworking and finished the job 2 days ahead of time (only 6 days to complete this project!). The workmanship is very good and we are quite pleased with the result.

Excellent from beginning to end. Dion and his crew were professional, courteous and accommodated all of our changes and design requests. We changed to a tile backsplash and they said they could do that for us as well.

They seemed great. I liked the guy that came. He was very personable.

We contacted a number of companies for quotes to install granite countertops. Dion's quote was most reasonable and he was prompt in answering any questions we had. They completed the job in 2 days, so we were without a kitchen for only 2 days, unlike other companies that had said that we could be without a kitchen for a week at least. Dion and his partners were very efficient in the removal of the older countertops and installing the new one. They also cleaned up the place nicely.

We were very impressed with their skill and the speed with which they finished the project. The countertop is lovely, and we are extremely pleased with it. We will certainly hire him again in the future if we redo our kitchen.
