Went very well!

Problematic. Tile samples at provider's showroom were not consistent with actual tiles available. Provider did not return phone calls when problems arose. Multiple phone calls to get issues resolved.

My remodel company put it in and I just bought the materials from them. I didn't use them to install it. I loved the hardwood, it's really good. I got a better price from them. I liked them, they were good. It was up to me what I wanted to pick. Sometimes they were little slow getting things out.

Lots of personal attention and support throughout the entire remodel project! these guys were great and were there for me whenever anything went wrong, or new supplies were needed, or I had questions about anything. They were super and I really appreciated their decorating help!! I highly recommend them.

Suzanne was really good. She came to the house and got a quick feel for colors and styles. She then worked met us at her store and she had already picked out several options and had worked with our contractor to amounts needed. . It took about an hour to pick all tiles, flooring, paint, etc with her expert help. Suzanne and our contractor, Scott Gasso, worked together to make sure items were at the home when ready for installation. We would highly recommend Suzanne at Prodesign Solutions.
