Tech responded immediately and arranged appointment on their way home. Who does that these days? These guys do! Showed up when estimated and got right to work on my soggy clogged drier vent. Not one complaint about moving abundant stash of plywood to access vent. Hero of the day in my book - absolutely we hire again!!!

Brian was here at the scheduled time. Our dryer duct hadn't been cleaned for the 26 years we have been here, it was completely pluged up with lint. He had it cleaned in less than an hour, and his charge was about half what two other estimates I received were. If I ever need any other maintenance done he is the person I will call.

Not only did he show up on time and do a great job with the dryer vent cleaning but when I asked about a whole house vent cleaning he said he had time to do it right away and the price was very reasonable. This is an old house which hasn't been well maintained so I was pretty sure both those services were needed. I'm so happy and there's one more thing taken off the long list of maintenance needed here.
