Brian was very easy to work with, and scheduling was very easy as well. He came out to my home on the weekend, and got everything done except part of the dryer vent. His ladder wasn't tall enough. He made arrangements to borrow one from the maintenance team for my complex, and came back on another day to finish the job. Price was great, and he left everything cleaner than when he came in. Will definitely use again when it's time.
