Went in and was greeted by Katheryn, a Salesperson. She was warm, courteous, and knowledgeable. No pressure. We were looking for something different looking and not something everybody had in their house. I had seen some Leather and Fabric sofas on Craigslist that I loved and wanted something like that. They had a wonderful selection of furniture. Current styles: mid-century, transitional, mission, traditional. I wanted some leather, but didn't want to sit on it. They had a beautiful sectional with leather arms and bottom skirt, and fabric cushions that was a killer deal. Even though sitting on leather is not my favorite, we did purchase a leather recliner. It's amazingly comfortable. It's not "your dad's recliner". It has a much smaller footprint. The styling is current and doesn't have the rolled head rest at the top. Mechanism is smooth. Has antiqued nails in the leather. Also, bought a leather ottoman that opens up for storage. You can sit on it or use a table. All of them coordinate beautifully. They are stylish and look to be well made. All seams are neat and even. All patterns are matched. All trims and skirting are even. Good workmanship. We were hoping to be able to take the sofa home that day as it was in stock. However the warehouse was closed on Sunday. The manager wanted us to have a new sofa and not have to take the floor model. He offered to deliver for free (normally $75). Now all our pieces will arrive in a few days and will be brought in and set up. No hassle! No cost! I highly recommend Schatz Furniture. You can tell this is nice furniture. They also have an extensive selection of different fabrics and leathers to customize your piece. Our salesperson was also an interior designer, which is very helpful when trying to put it all together. Thanks Schatz! Would definitely shop there again. My goto place for nice furniture.

IT WAS A VALUABLE EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED US TO SEE HOW TO DO IT RIGHT AND USE THE THINGS IT WOULD TAKE TO DO THAT. SHE LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. SHE EXPLAINED THE KINDS OF THINGS THAT WE COULD AND COULDN'T DO. SHE EXPLAINED THE THINGS THAT WOULD RAISE RETAIL VALUE. SHE EXPLAINED HOW WE COULD USE THINGS THAT WOULD COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER AND BLEND WELL AND CREATE AN OVERALL GOOD RESULT.

I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE WERE NEW TO THE AREA, AND I WASN'T FAMILIAR WITH THE NORTHWEST STYLE. THE DESIGNER HELPED ME OUT A LOT. SHE WAS ABLE TO INCORPORATE FURNISHINGS WE HAD WITH NEW FURNISHINGS. THE HOUSE LOOKED BRAND NEW.

IT WAS PERSONALIZED. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. WE DON'T LIVE IN THE SAME TOWN AND DRIVING TO THE STORE WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT.
