Scheduled online, was immediately notified I was placed in their queue with an estimated date of service. Once work was completed, received an update and they even said they'd notify the city that the test was completed successfully.

It was excellent. They did everything they said they were going to do. It was $39 plus the replacement part.

I signed up online, but did it in the wrong order or something--no worries, I got a call from OBT and we figured it out. They did the test on their own time and sent the results to the city. I was kept informed all of the way along. The only hitch was fixed right away: when I checked on the fixture in the "well," a cap was missing. I do my own shut down and turn on, so I know the cap was there before the test. When I pointed this out, Dave apologized and had it replaced. All's well that ends well (forgive the pun). I'll be happy to have them do testing every year.

This is the third or fourth year now that we have used Oregon Backflow to do the required backflow testing. They do the job with no fuss, report the results to the city, save me the annoyance of scheduling this job, and charge a very reasonable price. When I have interacted with the owner, he has been very helpful and pleasant.

Great!! I called a few companies and they were the cheapest. I also asked them if they could look at our sprinklers while they were at the meter because they hadn't been working. The other companies were going to charge extra for that but they were able to check them out for us at no charge. So nice!! They came the day I called and got the invoice to Tigard that day.

Called Dave to schedule service, he was on a job but answered his phone and gave me instructions to schedule the appointment via the company website. Scheduled the appointment, Dave completed the work on the same day, and the online billing and invoice delivery was a breeze. His online billing page even has the option for yearly automatic renewal of his service. Very friendly and professional service, Dave definitely cares about his business and customers. Would definitely recommend him. Thank you Dave!

I scheduled an appointment through their website and Dave quickly responded via email letting me know when they would be in my area. They showed up as promised, quickly completed the backflow test (which found no problems), sent me an email with the results and an invoice and let me know the results would be sent to my water service. They even accept online payments. I was home at the time and never knew they were there. Super experience.

We had an in ground sprinkler pipe break a few days ago in the heat of August when I needed to water my yard. We had to turn the system off completely when water started gurgling up a few feet away from the valve access. Then I had to drag heavy hoses around. Mr. Crosswhite from Oregon Backflow testing had been here to do my city of Tigard mandatory backflow testing a couple weeks earlier. When I looked for a vendor to take care of this pipe his company was on Angie's list. So I called them again and we set up an appointment, He was punctual. Professional. Within minutes he had dug up the pipe system and repaired the pipe end cap that had popped off. He only charged me $35 ! This is a reliable vendor with great integrity and ethics and I would recommend them to anyone (as opposed to the backflow tester I used the year before...... )

I was sadly surprised and dismayed when I received a letter from the City of Tigard written on July 10, 2014, stating that testing for the backflow prevention assembly at my address was overdue, and the City has the authority to shut off water service if I failed to comply by the 4th of August deadline. Really? I had moved into a retirement community in Tigard only 8 months earlier, and was not aware that I needed to have it done. To the City's credit, they provided a list of 45 certified backflow assembly testers. I checked Angie's List, and was pleased with the reviews that I read about Oregon Backflow Testing. Dave Crosswhite scheduled an appointment with me within 48 hours of my call. Since he was to arrive at 7:30 a.m., I assumed that I was his first customer of the day. Not so. By the time he got to my house, he had already completed six other backflow tests! He worked fast and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and why. Dave completed the test in less than 15 minutes. He said that he would send his report to the City of Tigard for me. I asked to be put on his schedule for next year before I receive another threatening letter from the City. Dave will send me a reminder next March, but pointed out that I would be under no obligation. My peace of mind was well worth the $30 charge. I will definitely use Oregon Backflow Testing in the future. I was very pleased with Dave Crosswhite's professionalism and service.

I was able to schedule a backflow testing for the same week. Dave showed up on time. In addition to the backflow testing, Dave also helped adjusted/tightened some sprinkler heads that were leaking, and answered some lawn irrigation questions. Dave provided these additional services free of charge. On the next day which is a Saturday, I received a copy of the report Dave submitted to the city.

Outstanding provider and highly recommended. Wish I had doctors that were this thorough and courteous. Very quick response to our phone call, very courteous. Was able to meet us less than 2 hours after our call (glad I work from home). Explained all our options and highlighted additional steps we could take to save us money in the future, added us to their electronic / e-mail calendaring service so we can get our system drained in mid-Nov and backflow tested and water system turned back on in early April. Such a refreshing change from our former provider. Very happy we switched to Oregon Backflow Testing.

I called them this morning and they fit me into their schedule the same day. He was friendly, polite, helpful, and courteous. I will certainly use them annually and would highly recommend them. They were also very reasonably priced for the service.

I called one afternoon, not long before the city's deadline to get the backflow valve tested. His price was very reasonable, he offered a "coupon" discount to me that I hadn't known about, he did the work the next day, and he handled all the paperwork. Inexpensive + no hassle = happy homeowner!

Oregon Backflow was fantastic and easy to work with. I submitted a request for backflow test on their website and had a response within hours. They came our first thing the next day. The technician completed the test, and then I received an email report shortly after. I was able to pay them through their website through paypal. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

All service performed in timely manner and I did not have to be present. Able to pay by cc online. Invoice and test results attached to email for my records....and they will enter my name on list for reminder annually. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for backflow testing! You can pay your bill online so that is good. This was our first time using them.

They proactively called me and reminded me it was time for an annual testing and set an appointment up. Showed up on Tuesday, completely the test and explained the results.
