Octopus Project Management was an incredible partner for us after discovering lots of water damage in our house. Octopus Project Management handles ALL aspects of the repairs - from new flooring, countertops, drywall and painting to putting in new doors, fixing our siding and much more. The work is amazing - the communication throughout the process was incredible - and they always took time to talk everything through - no matter how basic or "stupid" the question. Octopus Project Management set a new standard - and we would NEVER consider another company for work on our home.

Jared, the owner Was on time. Jared made me feel very relaxed. My anxiety was down. He helped me understand the process from beginning to end. Out of the two other contractors, he is by far the best one. He helped me understand every aspect of what’s going on. If you have an insurance claim, please go through them because they just take care of everything from beginning to end and they talk to the contractors they come out to check work. I personally wish every contractor works the way they do. I’ve been waiting for my stuff to get fixed since January 2024.

I absolutely recommend Octopus Project Management for your home repairs. I hired them as a general contractor to overseas multiple repair projects after having storm damage. They always communicated, stayed on top of everything, shared pictures, whatever I needed. I was really impressed and would definitely hire them again. Shout out to Jordan, among others, who provided great service, thank you!

Octopus Project Management was a pleasure to work with. Sheridan kept everything organized and running, even reaching out and working directly with our insurance company. Everyone who entered our house was professional, courteous and did great work. The water repairs were handled handled efficiently, to a high standard and aligned with our insurance payment. Sheridan came out with a specialist (Nick from Eagle Restoration) to check the moisture level from a leaking hot water heater. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no current moisture and no repair was needed before replacing my water heater. Their professionalism and honesty was amazing. i am very glad they did not try to sell me on something I did not need.

Better than I could have possibly imagined. We had just finished building last year and this experience with Octopus Project Managment was hands down a far better experience. The timeline has consistently been ahead of schedule and the communication was top notch.

We are still in the remediation process. But, Octopus has already lined up the necessary professionals to handle the reconstruction. We have been very impressed with their knowledge, expertise and timing. Would definitely use again.

Jared was a joy to work with throughout the process. Jorge worked hard to complete ahead of projection and he accomplished that. Looks good.

Octopus PM helped us rebuild a primary bedroom suite after a burst pipe flooded the space. Overall, Jared and his contractors were helpful, courteous and professional. But what I was most impressed with was their project management skills, and their ability to navigate complex insurance claims on our behalf. We've completed a few renovations in our home, and I haven't seen a team with that complete skill set. We were able to relax and trust that they would resolve everything to our satisfaction (and ensure that we were reimbursed by our insurance company for all possible expenses). I highly recommend them!

The Construction company did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication. Quality work. Very helpful advice.

I had the pleasure of working with Jared utilizing a different company he was with at the time. He helped me in so many ways with billing and insurance and was my go to for any questions we had in the restoration process. He helped facilitate answers for me from other divisions and was my go-to for management of the project. The team did a great job to get our home back to a healthy state in order for my husband to return home due to a compromised immune system. I would recommend OPM to anyone who wants a job well done, with great communication, and no-nonsense.

Jared and his team were extremely helpful. They made my situation a lot easier and were there for me every step of the way. They even got on the phone with my insurance when I was hitting a dead end with them and got things moving again. They were punctual, communicated very well and did an overall amazing job. My home is back to being my home and I couldn’t be more greatful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Fantastic customer service, wonderful work ethic and amazing response times! I 100%will use them in the future and highly recommend this company. You should not overlook this gem!

Excellent! The whole kitchen remodel went smoothly and timely. I was very thankful to have Jared as my project manager. He was so easy to work with and an excellent communicator. His expertise helped me make better and more informed decisions. My kitchen went from outdated to light and beautiful! He was patient with me when I changed my mind a few times and he made whatever I wanted happen! He also saved me money in the end! That's a great manager!
