The experience was fantastic from my initial contact with customer service to the technician and his expertise. I was able to schedule fairly soon. The technician was very prepared when he came out it was obvious that customer service had communicated to him what the call was for. I ask the technician something before he was about to leave and I had already paid and he took time out to do a leak detection although he I was just about to leave. I chose this company based on reviews. The previous company I have been using for the past few years changed ownership and had quoted me a ridiculous price to do something that is just part of standard service. That's when I did my research and chose this company.

Always attentive and always helpful, Mike has been a go to resource and help for maintaining the AC, replacing the furnace, and installing new ducts.

Came quickly and cleaned our heater in an attempt to save it, but the fan was toast. They got the replacement and installed it quickly.

Mengis doesn't try to nickel and dime you and doesn't charge to come price a job like most of the well-known HVAC companies in the area. They are friendly, hard-working, and responsive and I will definitely be calling them for all of my HVAC needs. I had them move some existing HVAC which was not a simple or small project and they did a great job.

They not only came right over and got to work but did the job with the up most quality and professionalism. From setting up the job with Marie in the office to doing the job with Mike,Criss and even the owner “Andy “ they all acted as a great team and got the job done. One more thing! We just moved into our new home and the AC was not working. It has an upgraded climate system on two different zones that made things a little complicated. I was pleased with the convenience and ease accessing Jenny and Marie and to my surprise we were put on the scheduled same day with their technician, Charlie. He was diligent, courteous and friendly . The owner(I forgot his name) was informative and gave us the reassurance and support we needed to get our AC unit back on track. I contracted Mengis after another company charged me twice as much and 2 months parts time) for an estimate. The repair was not complete the first time, but Mengis came back out a week or so later by fitting me in the schedule at the end of the day. I"m so glad I got a second estimate and had this group do the work. They're small but you can trust them to be fair and get the job done.
