They were great, showed up on time and did exactly what they said they'd do. Still waiting for them to send a quote for other work or I'd give them full stars.

These people are great. They went out of their way to handle my furnace problem on short notice. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in, and it wasnâ t an emergency. They were polite and kept me informed all along the way. Arrived on time, repaired unit and saved me several hundred dollars too.I have rental properties and Mengis is now my go to company for all furnaces and my own.

Will fix the problem

He forgot to re-label the breaker box. We thought he just replaced a breaker, but he had to switch spots to fit it in. This could have been a dangerous situation! He came back (no charge) and figured out his mistake. He was knowledgeable, nice and answered all our questions but we will try someone else in the future.

The work performed seemed to be okay, but I would not use his services again. At our consultation, I explained that my mother was very sick and cleanliness was of utmost importance, hence our need to have our air ducts replaced. When he performed the work, he was not only over an hour late to every appointment, but he pulled the dirt covered vents out and walked them through my mother's bedroom tracking and dripping mud everywhere. He walked through our house leaving mud all over and then left without cleaning it up. There was mud and rusty water dripped all over her window shade, dresser, and floors. We couldn't believe he left it this way. Totally unacceptable. I wouldn't use this company again.

They solved my problem diligently and Andrew informed me well on options for a better heating system.

Andrew had a personal issue after his initial appointment and was unable to make the 2nd as scheduled. He was highly apologetic about this and in fact as compensation, when he returned for the 2nd time, he threw in the cost of the required part for free. He was very quick to diagnose our problem and the fix was equally swiftly performed. He is also a very busy fellow. :)
