Description of Work: Lowe's issues are (1) with their independent installers and (2) following up on their promises. We had carpet and Pergo installed four years ago. The carpet installation was poor (has been rippled, not repair provided). Pergo was damaged, not due to Lowe's installation, but getting the Pergo replaced continues to be a nightmare; reps do not call back, regardless of promises. Even ordering replacement material was extremely difficult. Finally have the materials, but no word on who will repair the floor or repair the carpet. Argh...

Description of Work: I went to the Lowes in Tigard/Tualatin to order an exterior door. I knew exactly what I wanted, so when I asked the sales lady about it, she insisted I was wrong, that the door I wanted didn't exist. I asked her several times to check with the company, to no avail. She convinced me to select another door and insisted I needed a custom made door(more money), instead of a standard door....I then checked at another Lowes(Hayden Meadows) and sure enough, the door I wanted was indeed available and a standard door would fit. When I went back to the Tigard Lowes and spoke with her, she STILL insisted she was right about having to order a custom size. At that point I was fed up with her and canceled the order and went to the Lowes in Hayden Meadows and had a very good experience there. I will NEVER do business again at the Lowes in Tigard.

Description of Work: It was an incredible experience. We walked in at 12:30 Wed, April 18th, very tired from moving up Sunday from California. We had little sleep from the drive and getting prepped for the movers on April 13th. I asked the sales associate, Shawn, if we buy three appliances today can we get them today. He called the warehouse and by 4pm we had a washer, dryer and refrigerator. Just in time for the movers that came the next day to have food and drink. Last week we went back for a bbq after searching at smaller stores, and larger ones too that you recommended but once again the product knowledge and customer service was beyond expectations............we didn't shop price we wanted to feel that they supported their appliance lines and would go to bat for us............of course their prices were extremely well fitted for the individual products purchased. Can't say enough about them, our first time in a Lowes here and very impressed

Description of Work: THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED A NEW FRONT EXTERIOR HOUSE DOOR. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOOR AND INSTALLED, PAINTED AND PROVIDED NEW HARDWARE FOR THE NEW DOOR.

Description of Work: CERAMIC FLOORING TILE FOR MY TWO BATHROOMS. THE TILE INCLUDED A DIFFERENT BORDER FOR EACH ROOM.

Description of Work: PURCHASED BRUCE HARDWOOD FLOORING AND ALL THE SUPPLIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM A HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLATION.

Description of Work: WE PURCHASED KITCHEN CABINETS AND CORIAN COUNTERTOP FROM LOWES AND HAD THEM INSTALL.
