They were very prompt and professional. The product was wrong and they came and fixed it. The price was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

The installer was professional, prompt and did a great job. Unfortunately, Milgard Window was defective and I had to wait for another few weeks to get it fixed.

Peter was great but had trouble finding our house.

The owner was easy to talk to, and explained many things. I had got a bid from them a year ago, and they remembered me when I called them a year later. They did a wonderful and job, the price was good, and they were very accommodating.

I actually gathered 4 bids for my Mother In Law before starting the project which was replacing I believe 8 or so windows. After receiving all of my bids, I actually had to call these folks to make sure they had given me the correct pricing, it was substantially lower than anyone else for the same Milgard Windows. My husband really liked the person who came out to give the bid as well, so it was a done deal. Overall they were great, came when they said they would and did a great job in the installation and finishing work. I would highly recommend them. My Mother In Law really liked them as well which is high praise!

Glenn gave us the original estimates, then returned for final measurements & cost. Peter and Ed installed the windows. They did a super job, even noticing that the trim wasn't going to match existing trim, and then changing it to match. On time, very pleasant and professional.

The employee arrived on time (I forgot to ask his name), and replaced two small windows in my living room. He did a beautiful professional job. We are delighted that they open and look wonderful.

Our home has a lot of windows and sliding glass doors so this was a big project. We weren't fully aware of all the options out there so it was nice to that they took the time to explain all our options without putting any pressure on us to get the most expensive windows and doors. The start date was delayed due to a death in the installers family but they did their best to make up for lost time. They even worked on a Saturday morning. They were always professional and courteous. The windows look great and my home is more energy efficient and much quieter now. I would definitely use Johnson Home Improvement again.

The owner came and gave a bid. Was very knowledgeable and they were punctual when they came back and did the work.

I still feel badly for our installer though, we had large windows to be replaced and the second installer was out sick so we had just one guy working to do it all. Rather than pushing our scheduled install back until both guys were available, the one installer powered through and got the job done in the time they promised. We would use them again in the future for any new windows and would be happy to recommend them to anyone

We made an apt. with Glenn who was very professional and on time. His installer, Darrel was a pleasure to work with- friendly, very professional and on time. He took the time to explain what he was going to do.

Darrell, was always on time, worked hard the whole day. Very professional, explained things well when I asked questions. This is the second time we have used Johnson Home Improvement. Just wish they did more than windows!

Peter, was on time, all business, and job was completed in one day. He sealed and insulated areas around window that appeared to be missed by original builder.

We shopped around. Johnson Home Improvement was tied for low quote, but we also liked the idea of a local family run company, that has been in business awhile. I gave a 'B' for "Price" only because the cost for replacing windows seems expensive, period. But they were the most reasonable among those we contacted. They accommodated our calendar, showed up when they promised with good quality materials and did the job right.

The process was smooth and stress free from beginning to end. During the estimating process I changed my mind a few times on window color and style. After I signed the final bid, I decided I wanted to also replace my interior trim. Throughout this whole process Glenn and his staff were always very patient and helpful with me. Glenn was just a phone call away, and would always address all my questions completely. He did not hesitate to meet me at my house a number of times to go over options and answer questions. There was never any pressure to "close the deal". I was able to really take my time to consider all the options. Once the work began, the installers showed up every work day (Monday-Friday) until the job was done. There was one day that they had to take off to finish some details on another job. But the staff at Johnson cleared this with me before my job was even started. The installers (Jeff and assistant) showed up on time every day and worked until dark, always being careful to not start on another window or door, unless they were sure it could be finished (to the point of keeping any weather out). When new vinyl windows are installed correctly, some additional trim must be added around each window (covering the nailing flange). One very nice touch that this company offers is that they will paint this new trim for you. You only have to choose the color and provide the paint. Other companies I talked to would only install primed trim. This would have looked terrible until I got around to hiring a painter to paint it. This is one of many ways that Johnson Home Improvement goes above and beyond to provide great service. Another example is that Jeff, the installer was always critically evaluating his own work, and if he didn't like something, he did it over. Basically, this company's standard is that they do the work as if it was their own house. After seeing Jeff work for a couple of days, I felt no hesitation going to work and trusting that he would take care of me and do the right thing with the install. I am extremely happy with my new windows. The installation and trim (both interior and exterior) looks beautiful. And the added heat efficiency has made my house much more comfortable and easy to keep warm.

They deserve an A for being efficient, timely with the quote, and schedule for installing windows. They had to do extra work when dry rot was found. Trim was installed as I requested. Only wish they had told me what I requested was not to code. For not telling me what code was I would give them a C overall.

He gave us three different bids and we are talking to him about the last one. He should be putting in the windows early this year. The estimates are free. The experience has been fantastic. They are really willing to work with us. My sister used the service and they had a good experience so we decided to use them. He usually gave us a bid within a day of coming over to look and measure. We changed our minds on the configuration of the windows twice. He was really eager and nice about it. He is coming at 2:30 today to go over the final bid to make sure that we didn't change our minds again. His price is really reasonable. We have seen some of his work and it is really good. He's really good. We are definitely going to use him.

It went well On time for the quote. they where booked out for 3 weeks and kept to the original install date

They did a very nice job while being courteous and considerate. They were here for the better part of two weeks but caused very little disruption for us, even working around my schedule in my home office. They did a masterful job removing scalloped shingles around two large windows and replaced each scallop perfectly. We were extremely pleased with the work they did, including cleanup. We highly recommend them.

Overall, the job went very well. With two installers working full-time, it took one full week to install the windows. The windows are Milgard, and there were a few hiccups with the windows themselves that Milgard had to address (one arrived with scratched glass and one wasn't quite the right size, which was a factory error), but we are very, very pleased with the windows and with the installation of the windows. To be clear, Johnson Home Improvement contacted Milgard to tell them of the problems with the windows (again, not the installation, but the windows themselves), and then a factory rep from Milgard came to our house to replace the piece of glass that was scratched and to replace the upper half of a window that had been made too small. This all went very smoothly, and we love the windows.
