Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland

So far it has been great. One of two baths has been installed. Very happy with the first floor walk in shower. Will have to wait and see about the upstairs full bathtub/shower combination installation. Five Stars for both Teams that worked on the downstairs walk in shower. I don't remember the names of the two guys who performed the demolition, but they were great, very professional. Same for the installation team, Felix and Jordan. Thank you for a job well done.

The installers were top notch! They were pleasant, friendly, and efficient. In my opinion they went above and beyond!

Review change, I gave a five-star at first but I have to be honest there was issues right away. They came with the wrong floor pan and shelves, I am the one that noticed and luckily it was before they installed it. I agreed with keeping the floor pan but insisted on the shelves I wanted. I'm still waiting for three of them and it has been 4 weeks. Also the reason I went to jacuzzi bath fitters was because my existing shower was leaking and with these new doors I'm still having the same issue. When I email they do respond and they keep saying they will get in contact with the service people but it's been 4 weeks and my issues have not been resolved. The installers were wonderful, no complaints with them. But I don't believe they installed the doors correctly. Water just pours out the bottom. I am happy with the look of my shower and I'm sure we can resolve the issues.

Kaden and Tre did an amazing job installing our new shower. They were very professional and very friendly. They worked hard throughout the day and got everything done in one day. The shower looked beautiful, and the bathroom floor, walls, etc., were clean and in great condition when they left.

Paul and Hiroki were very friendly, answered all questions and was helpful throughout the process. They solved a problem in a very timely manner we greatly appreciate their hard work. 5 stars! Jacuzzi customer service as a whole needs work.

Ozzie, Luis and Armando did a fantastic job. The arrived at 7:30 am and finished around 3. Beautiful job and quality work was done. First class professional job they replaced our old 70's fiberglass shower tub combo with a beautiful acrylic tub and surrounds. Jacuzzi manufactures every piece from tub and surrounds to the shower components no third party. Very good communication from beginning to end.

Ozzie and Felix did a great job installing our new shower. They did a high quality job very efficiently. They cleaned up very well and made sure we were satisfied with the work.

Each of the installers were very professional. They were mindful of their work and did a great job! Tyler, Tre & Armando were very quick to complete the job in 1 day! They cleaned up everything completely, left no trace. Tyler went over every step & continually asked if we had any questions, he explained everything in great detail. We would definitely hire Jacuzzi Bath again.

Ilya and Garrett did a fantastic job of removing the old bath and installing a new shower in it's place. They were efficient and professional. The finished product is beautiful.

good product, but read down for the down side! I thought of Jacuzzi to be a reputable company. I knew it would be a bit overpriced but looking over other companies that are come and go, I wanted the warranty to mean something. What good is warranty if no company is available to honor it? Jacuzzi promises a lifetime warranty. Sales person came out and gave quotes. They were friendly and did a good job measuring things. The sales tactic was "high pressure" where "this offer only good until I leave" and they gave me this "coupon" for a vacation cruise. The work was done and everything was to my liking. So far no issues with the bathroom other than overpriced. My wife and I love the shower and its usability. Very happy with the product. They followed up with a review which was good at the time because I had not had any issues. Then I tried to use the "coupon..." The down side, Shame on Jacuzzi for teaming up with a shady travel agency to push their sales. The "cruise coupon" is worthless, so don't fall for the sales tactic. We contacted the cruise company using all the proper forms, no communication back. We contacted the agency for an update, you have to bother them to get any information. constant calls to find 1 person that might answer the phone and get a partial excuse on the issue. Jacuzzi says its a 3rd party issue and not their responsibility. Travel agent says Jacuzzi is holding up the request. Finger pointing and I have to go between both taking all the excuses. Its stuck in excuses and no activity. I'm holding Jacuzzi accountable because its part of their sales tactic. If you want to be a reputable business, don't team up with bad business. Jacuzzi, you are held accountable as the seller for this package. Until I get a response from someone, this stays a low score.

From start to finish this was white glove treatment. The installers, Domingo and Arnulfo, were totally focused on providing a quiet, well-organized shower install. They were so thorough they even vacuumed and swept the rugs and hardwoods under their protective drop cloths. Could not be happier,

From start to finish my project with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland was flawless. Ryan came to my house, was right on time and spent extra time with me picking out the perfect shower to replace my existing (boring) standard tub/shower combo. Ryan ensured I got the best deal, while checking off all my must haves. His expertise and design eye was very helpful in narrowing down my options. I was placed on the schedule months out which was a bummer but just the way it was due to the demand....but I got a call last week and was able to get on the schedule for this week due to cancellations which worked out perfect for me. Two days prior to my project starting I received a confirmation call with all the details on the arrival time and what to expect. The morning my project was to start Tanner and Kurt arrived right on time, ready to work. They were so respectful of my home (& my pets), had all the materials needed and got started. There was a slight issue with getting the water turned off that they calmly navigated and got right back on track. They worked so cleanly and were very professional. My project was originally estimated to take 2 days and was done well in advance of that. My shower is gorgeous!!! The quality of the materials and the work completed is exceptional. I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland to everyone. I have dealt with other companies that utilize subcontractors and it is always a pain - this was the most seamless process and project I have ever experienced. Thank you Jacuzzi Team!!!

Tyler and Trey did an excellent job on this installation. They sought feedback as needed, executed as directed, and cut no corners in making sure this shower upgrade was as good as they could make it. They also made sure that I understood how to take care of it after the installation. Great teamwork on the job. Recommended!

Are entire encounter with Jacuzzi dwas outstanding. Mike Miller and Abby Stevens (Sales) were professional, well informed and explained the entire process completely. The installers, Brian, Austin and Paul were timely, professional, industrious and a joy to work with. There installation was noteworthy and very well done. We would highly recommend this product to any in the market.

The installers Ilyo and Matthew were very professional and efficient. They were communicative at each step of the install and willing to do whatever we wanted for the look we wanted even if it was more work on their part. They were timely and clean both days of the install.
