Description of Work: During the roofing they were to place a gabled ventilation system. Since we live in a historic neighborhood, the city wants roof vents kept to a minimum. We happened to come home while work was being done to realized they'd NOT place the gabled vent system. The owner stated that he remembered us discussing that and he'd forgotten to inform the work crew. They spent the next day redoing this portion. Since the work's been completed they've been called back four times. Twice to repair a leak at a corner in the gutter system (twice in the same area) and twice for a leak around the flashing of a chiminey that leaked into the celing of an upper hallway causing water stains and damage that needs to be repainted. The last two times of contact, they were not expedient in returning our calls nor getting out to do the job.

Description of Work: They were excellent. They put the powdery material on the roof to kill the moss and they scraped off moss where needed. They also cleaned the gutter both inside and out and the house looks so much better. They inspected the roof and said everything look good. They were on time and came back the next day to finish up and left everything looking really nice and clean. I would definately use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They appeared on the date promised and were very professional. We have a very steep multi-angled roof so an additional $50 was charged for the steep pitch. I knew this before hand because I had checked out their website. The workmen set about blowing debris off the roof then hand cleaned the gutters and downspouts filling the yard debris can about half full. They were very neat and tidy and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. They then applied Zinc Sulfate to the roof surface to inhibit moss growth. The installer said that the gutters and roof were in good condition. Additional comments on the bill were that we needed to have the roof ridge replaced. My husband checked the roof ridge and agreed that it was deteriorating. Good call.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List Special Deal. We were contacted the week after signing up for the deal. The workers arrived as expected and did exactly as they were hired to do. Our gutters were very full. They worked hard and performed a good detail clean. We were very happy with them.
