Description of Work: Nothing! I was supposed to be contacted by 8/14/13 I understand people can be busy and booked up but when they make a commitment to contact a customer by a certain date maybe they should. It raises serious questions in my mind if this is a company I want working in my yard. Please understand I have not made a negative comment about any vendor until now. Just discouraged by this.

Description of Work: Service provider never called to schedule. I called them first and they told me they would call me in a week to schedule, and they never did. Called again and they said the same thing! And no call again!

Description of Work: I called for service, Paid in advance and set an appointment for him to come out. He did not show up. I called numerous times to reach him and he did not respond/. Finally he call and met my husband to see the work.
