Description of Work: They removed a maple tree that was growing into my cyclone fence. They were fast, efficient and attentive to detail. They treated the stump to discourage any new growth. They worked on my neighbor's trees during this time.

Description of Work: Took down a dieing pine tree and trimmed various trees on our property. The tree made such a mess, but the best part was the fellows from Evergreen cleaned it up, leaving no trace. Enthusiastic crew.

Description of Work: We were new to Angie's list so we reread the reviews of several tree services and decided to go with Evergreen. We had two fir trees we needed removed. They fell the trees perfectly and cut up the trees as quoted. We were very, very happy with the whole job and the clean up. They specified exactly what was covered for the price and did exactly that!!! We will definitely call them again. They did have some equipment problems (stump grinder was having issues) but they came back promptly the next day. We were in no hurry we were just happy to have the stumps gone. Great Job Evergreen!!!

Description of Work: Three 90 foot fir trees cut down and into round logs. One cherry tree infected with termites cut down and 100% chipped and hauled away. Trimming of two hedges, one Japanese maple, and removing bottom two rounds of fir tree branches. The work was completed "perfectly" including two extra credit small jobs. Improvement in customer communications: a change in one day's start time was not passd onto customer.

Description of Work: The gentleman that came to assess project and give estimate seemed more like a sales guy - fast talking with a quick in and out. We were a bit uncomfortable with the job we thought we may receive but when the workmen came, it was a different story. They were very professional, they listened to us and we discussed together what best to do. We were satisfied with the job that was done.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for to buy $400 worth of service for $199. Chris Young came and gave me an estimate. I needed other work done, so we agreed on $1000. They came a few days later and completed the work. They removed one very large birch, 1 small catalpa, 4 small evergreens, 1 large juniper and ground the stumps. They also trimmed a maple and a catalpa away from the house. They were very Efficient and professional. They cleaned everything when they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: One person came to our home and evaluated what we wanted to do then we scheduled a date for the work. Crew was hard working and made a good effort to do as we had planned but toward the end they were tired and ready to go to the next job so the last tree they pruned was a bit of a rush job. Overall a good value.

Description of Work: Removed a tree and hauled it away, trimmed several trees and bushes, and dug up a vine maple we were going to move. |They were on time, worked quickly, and removed all limbs and trimmings, so the yard was clean of all debris.

Description of Work: They were great to work with. First, the assessor came out and walked all around my property as we talked about the extensive work to be done. A full listing of each set of trimming and cutting was provided to me, as well as the next available day for this project. The workers arrived on time and did all the work as laid out. They tried to allow for the chippings to get spread on my property but the terrain would not allow. We appreciated their efforts, however. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I didn't really care for the smugness cigarette smelling estimator who came to our house after I purchased the Angie's deal. The crew who showed up barely spoke English so it was hard to communicate. They made no effort to remove the dead limbs they simply shortened.We also had gotten a bid for removing a birch tree that was hanging over our house. Their estimate was $300 more than the one we got from another service. I think they inflated their prices just to compensate for the Angie's List deal. I would not use Evergreen again.

Description of Work: Cut 9 filbert trees and ground-up 11 stumps and chipped all the cut trees and much more accumulated branches. Good workers but left a lot scattered around instead of picking up completely and seemed pretty anxious to leave after 1 and a half hours instead of working the full 2 hours contracted.
