It went great. Quality work and great customer service. I will hire Evergreen again.

The tree died last spring, and we'd made arrangements with another provider to have it taken down in July. When that didn't work out we were left scrambling to find someone else who could do the job fairly quickly. Evergreen Tree Service was great. They came out and bid on the work, and although booked for the next month said they'd try to work us in sooner "if possible". The "if possible" came through the very next day! The crew came out on the hottest day of the year and made short work of the project, cleaning up well afterwards. They even managed to take down the tree and avoid any damage to the other nearby plants. We couldn't be happier!

Evergreen was friendly, and professional and did an amazing job! They cleaned up after themselves and even cut the trees into firewood for us. From the estimate to the work this is a five star team!!!!!

Larry gave me estimates each time. The crews were efficient and professional and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them. We have had a great experience with each tree removed from the estimator, to office staff and crews that removed tree and stump grinding. Prices ranged from 350.00 to 700.00 based on tree size.

Awesome! The communication and follow-up was great from meeting Larry who gave me the estimate, to speaking with Myra and helping me get payments set up, to the guys who worked on our yard. Fast removal, and they even cleaned up our yard from the debris. Great company - would definitely hire them again!

It went badly, two hours late, no phone call to reschedule or to let me know they were going to be late, workers were more concerned about getting it done and getting out of here, dead flowers were just blown into the flower beds, dirt blown on to my siding, plants in flower beds damaged, argued with me about how much to take off, blew off down spout from gutter and didn't put it back ( twice), had to come back and get the debris out of the flower beds, I had an errand to go to, they were done a few minutes before I had to leave, they were two hours late to begin with, they were upset that they had to wait 30 minutes for me to come back when I waited two hours for them to get here, they were late. pushed screen door sweep under the door, I had to take it apart to fix it. they pushed it under there deliberately because they were upset they had to come back, workers did not understand English, if I knew they were going to me Mexicans I wouldn't have hired them. These Mexican workers are probably not legally here, they did not know what good customer service is. Not happy at all how the project went, I would like to get my money back. I wouldn't advise anyone to hire this company for anything.

The price includes an Angie's List discount. They did a lot of work and it was the cheapest bid that I got. They were wonderful. Cleaned up really nicely. They were very good.

I worked with Chris Young and he was awesome. They got me a quote within a day. They were quick, concise, and they cleaned up everything they left behind. They even cleaned up in my neighbors yard some branches that were left. They did a great job. In fact, I've recommended them to 3 other people since then.

All went very well. The "foreman" of the group of 4 who performed the service did a great job communicating with me before and during the trimming to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

Crew showed up on time and professionally cut the limbs from the tree and then cut the trunk into 16" rounds. All wood was removed from the premises. Next day we had the stump ground down. Both services were done professionally and on time. Would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend their services to others.

We've used them on several occasions. The results have been good. There were some extra work requested and it wasn't properly quoted. Price was a good value. They were very punctual.

Excellently! The crew were all hard-working and pleasant. They listened to my concerns and were careful with plants that could be trampled on during their work, for the most part. One can't totally avoid some plants getting stepped on when removing nearby plants, but they tried to be careful and I appreciated this attention to detail. They arrived at the beginning of the time slot allotted and took 1.5 hours to complete the work. I felt that they did a thorough and good job all around. I'm very pleased. Thanks, Evergreen!

I've had very good luck with them. I am very satisfied. I got 3 estimates for the job and their price was the best. They came with a 4 man crew, took care of the job, they were on time and cleaned up. They did what I expected and did a good job.

Estimator looked at all fallen trees, and asked how they were supposed to get stump grinder to location of fallen tree. When I replied that they probably wouldn't be able to use the grinder, he asked, "Then how are we supposed to remove the root ball of the tree? We can't use chainsaws in the dirt." Hmmm. A bid was supposed to be emailed to me the next day. So far 5 days later), no reply from them..not a good way to impress potential clients. With the attitude of the estimator, and no bid coming when he said it would, I would not recommend this company.

They came in, they did their job and they were gone, just what I wanted that was great.

Evergreen Tree Service was very professional and punctual. Everything went very smooth. Their receptionists were always available and it's easy to communicate with, which is a big plus for me. When I got bids from other contractors, it was very frustrating to leave/receive voice messages multiple times to make appointments (and they did not respond to emails...). I will definitely contact them again.

I originally had them estimate too many trees, so they willingly came back to reestimate for me. I appreciated that very much. The team that showed up to do the work was fantastic! They were prompt and extremely thorough and so hard working! It was a full day of work for them and now our property looks fantastic and we know our home will be safe in the winter time.

I hired Evergreen to clean up the hack job Timber*** Tree Service did on three of my trees. Not only did Evergreen do an amazing job cleaning up they also thinned and further trimmed my two ginormous sweet gums trees. I have hated those tress for the past 13 years but they did such a beautiful job that I almost cried with joy. All of my neighbors have positively commented on them as well. In addition to this they took down and hauled away a dead tree in the back and trimmed another tree away from my roof. They kept to their price quote and the team who worked on my trees were very personable. They will have my patronage for life! Let's hope it is a long one! :)

It went great. A gentleman came out to give me a bid. He was right on time and gave me the estimate right then. I decided to use their company for the removal and scheduled a date. Very nice people on the phone to work with. I was told it would take two days to remove the trees but when I went out to check on how the job was going the afternoon of the first day, they were almost done. They had several guys there and they really hustled and got everything done in one day. The best part was I got a discount because I belong to Angie's List and am a senior!
