We were very happy. They were on time. They told us they would be here at a certain time and they showed up and dropped it on the driveway where they told us. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price was good. We had looked around at a couple of others places. They were very good and they did exactly what the guy told us they would do. Their price was very competitive. We would definitely use them again.

The cleanup went very well. We were happy with the service. I felt they were honest with their prices. Competitors were offering lowering rates, but there hidden fees.

They brought it in a dump truck and it filled the entire slope of our backyard and all around our waterfalls. They did a good job. Whenever we needed to call them they were always available. Because we worked with a contractor we were able to get a contractor's price, which was helpful. It was expensive to do but they were right there with everybody else. We would have liked it to have been less but I don't think anybody else was cheaper. I would use them again. They were good. We worked with the owner and our contractor.

I had used them before. Their selection is good for different types of mulch and their delivery is fast. Their price is competitive. They have options for the different types of mulch.

Installers arrived promptly and service was performed to our expectations.

I thought that the price was reasonable. They did a good job and they were responsive. I would recommend them. They were able to respond pretty quickly. They were personable. I would hire them again. I had nothing to compare their price to since they were the only ones that I had contacted.

It went very well overall. After they were done, I was told to water it in well to cool it off, since it would be better for the shrubs. I did the best I could, but wasn't able to spend as much time as I should have. I lost a couple shrubs. Would have scheduled more time for watering if I had known upon ordering.

They could not do the work since they had to deliver a larger load than I needed. They did not do a small job that I had for them to do.

All the way around, they are excellent. Their communication, punctuality, service, and product are all good.

They provided great service. They came on time and charged reasonable prices. They refunded the check. I would use them again and I give them 5 stars. They did the work perfectly. The price was well worth it. They came out in 5 minutes and our landscaper who was here at that time was ready to work with them. I got a good deal. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I needed more than I had estimated, and they had enough on their truck to do additional mulching.

Called to request delivery of soil. Nice woman on the phone. I was given several choice of days for delivery. Opted to have the soil delivered the next day. They arrived in the early evening and put the soil in front of our driveway as requested. The driver was very nice as well. Good quality soil.

Very good service overall. The estimate portion was done professionally and promptly. The delivery was on-time and the guys did a great job. Some minor damage to small and young plants with the large blow hose, but this is expected.

They did a pretty good job. They were very helpful. I talked to them on the phone about determining the types of bark I could get. There are about 16 different types and that can be quite intimidating if you don't know anything about it.

The quality of the barkdust was very poor. Lots of pieces/chunks of wood. I have raked the "barkdust" twice to get most of the wood pieces up and then I threw them away. So I'm throwing away the product that I paid to have put down. I sent an email to the owner of the company explaining my concerns but he didn't bother to reply.

They are prompt, professoinal, and courteous. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I had to wait three weeks to get delivery. They blew it in unevenly - some areas had three inches and others had less than one inch. It was supposed to be two inches throughout. They buried many of my plants and a good deal of the groundcover. I had to spend quite a bit of time uncovering those and raking the bark dust to even it out. I also had to go buy bags of bark dust from a local store and spread it out to cover some areas. I had precisely measured the area to be covered and used the calculation table on their web site to determine how much to order plus I ordered a little bit extra but it still didn't cover the whole area. Overall, I was not happy and would not order it from them again since I ended up doing so much work myself.

They were prompt and professional about their work. I hope to use them again.

Called on a Friday to get price and find out how much I needed. They answered my questions and pointed me to website for pictures. Their price was the cheapest, so I called back later on Friday and we were scheduled for the following Tuesday. They arrived about 1/2 hour into delivery window and were done in less than 1/2 hour. They were careful around existing plants and patio furniture and cleaned the dust off of all surfaces before they left. Very pleased with the whole experience.
