Able did a wonderful job. First, Kelly provided a clear explanation of my choices. The installers, Kevin and Jake did a great job. They were considerate of my home and completed the installation in one day as predicted. My thermostat was impacted by a hot air vent so Greg, Kelly, Scott, and Todd brainstormed on how to resolve the issue. They installed a sensor away from the thermostat which solved the problem. I need to mention that the office staff, is professional and respectful whenever I have called. Now my home is very comfortable thanks to Able Heating.

Turned out that we had a leak in a vent pipe that created a water leak around the furnace. Consequently, my water sensor switch turned the furnace off. The tech repaired the problem and disconnected the switch so the heater would run. It took 2 days for the switch to dry out so I could reset it and wire it back into the system.

Kelly did a great job explaining the options for my replacement furnace. Was prompt and courteous. Planning to have them come back to install new ductwork in my attic as the existing flexible duct work has too much pressure drop and lack of airflow that the original owner of my house has installed. Kelly was very knowledgeable about how to improve the upstairs airflow once he toured the existing ductwork install.

The service was timely, complete and well done from what I observed. The technician was amiable, as well.

The technician (Armando) arrived on time. He cleaned and tested the outside A/C unit and then did the same for the indoor heater unit. He worked very efficiently, explained what he was doing, discussed the options if he encountered this or that issue (fortunately he did not encounter any), and suggested things the homeowner can do improve the units' performance. .

It was the capacitor. The price was reasonable for the part and house call. Kelly was here about 35 or 40 minutes. The charge was going to be $180 if I remember correctly. It is not on my last Visa bill so it is still to come. But they took off $20 for being an Angie's List member. I am 98% sure I paid $160. I got another quote from another company I like and they said they'd come the next morning. The very same service was going to be $186 from them so they were both in the same ballpark. I asked my neighbor what he was charged and the company he used (don't know the name) did it right away for $280.00. That company charged a $100 diagnostic fee. That seems superfluous when it was so easy to figure out for the technician. Kelly or my neighbor told me that it is an easy fix. You could google it. You would have to buy the right size/style capacitor for your unit but most of them are the same. Obviously, FIRST YOU WOULD TURN OFF YOUR A/C AND FURNACE AT THE THERMOSTAT. Then open the A/C unit with your tools and insert the capacitor. I was told by one of the guys that it is not a hard fix.

My air conditioner stopped working at 6 pm on a 100 degree day. The next day was going to be the hottest day of the year at 106. I called Able cooling and they said they would have somebody come by the next day in the afternoon and that they would call me when they were on their way. The called about 1pm and my son was home, they said they would be there in about 10 minutes. I left work to meet him, which is about 20 minutes away and by the time I got there the AC was fixed and humming along. The capacitor was replaced. The price was fair for short notice and an hot day. I would highly recommend this company.

They have been doing our stuff and they were fine. I don't have anything to really compare their price to. I would use them again in the future.

Smoothly. Installation team showed up on time and completed work in the estimated time (5 hours). System works well. I had previously (a few years ago) contracted with them to replace my gas furnace, That too was well executed with no issues.

Awesome. Got the thermostat installed. Got a ton of information about what we could do to improve our system, things we could do our selves or we could hire them to do. Not pushy at all, just very informative. He also helped increase the flow rate because we had two filters on our furnace, which we didn't need.

They are pretty comparable with the price. They put in our system and they're easy to deal with with good quality service.

Overall the project went very well -- due to adding a coil for the AC a slight change to the duct work was required and Able took the time to assess the situation (including a visit to the site by the owner) to ensure the modifications were 'done correctly' and not just to get the job completed. They also managed the electrical panel portion of the job and I was pleased with the electrical services. In the end I felt very confident that I had chosen the right firm for the job. The installation and inspection staff was very professional. The office staff was helpful in answering the various questions about the system and estimates prior to beginning the job.

The service techs that come out are knowledgeable, and they know what they are doing. They didn't create a mess, so there wasn't a whole lot to clean up.

Great! Kelly from Able Heating and Cooling came out and analyzed our needs, both budget and efficiency for our home and gave us 3 primary quotes for a new system. He explained each option and what rebates and tax credits applied to each one. He fully explained the installation process and financing options. After comparing with other quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Able and scheduled installation very quickly, even with bad weather issues. The installation was done professionally and to our satisfaction and our new furnace is working well and saving us money on our gas bills. The entire experience was painless and the Able team was great to work with from the very first contact to the final follow up visit and inspections! It's rare to have such a great overall experience like this. They have earned their high ratings!

They were very responsive. I called in the morn ing and they were out in the early afternoon. It was only $88.00 which is pretty cheap. He was very nice and insisted on showing us how and what he was doing. He also showed me how I could clean it o ut myself if it ever happens in the future. I was very pleased
