Services we offer

We provide maintenance, repairs, servicing and installations on residential and light commercial products, including: gas furnaces, electric furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, package units & oil furnaces. We also install and maintain indoor air quality products (UV products, Electronic Air Cleaners, Media Filtration, etc.) & thermostats.

Description of Work: Able replaced a 20 year old gas furnace with a new high efficiency gas furnace. My experience with able was very positive from the initial contact to the finished project. I found the staff to be very professional, prompt knowledgeable and courteous.The installers went above and beyond the call of duty to replace and relocate the thermostat to a very difficult to reach location of our choice. I highly recommend Able.

Description of Work: Installation of a central air conditioning in our house that never had it. Kelly, was quite knowledgeable, and did the best job of our bidders in sizing the unit to the house. He clearly knew his business and installed a unit smaller than the other bidders recommended, which made sense since two of our house's four levels were partially in ground and cooler. |The installation crew was on time skilled and did a fine job of overcoming some challenges that our house provided. They were nice guys too. |Very personal attention and an emphasis on client satisfaction, shown by a visit a couple of weeks after the installation to check on how it is working and collect payment. |A quality operation, they made the process very easy.
