It went wonderfully. I was told it would take a few hours to repair but it only took one hour and I thought the charge for labor was on the higher end. I chose this company based on their high ratings on this site.

The entire process from the initial service call to the city inspection was done professionally and promptly. Kelly Wilhite even came out to chat with me on the day of the inspection. Normally, this is not a requirement but Kelly goes the extra mile in customer service. He stayed for the inspection and stuck around to make sure all my questions were answered.The level of customer service you will receive from Able Heating & Cooling will make you a lifetime customer.

We picked ABLE Heating and Cooling through Angie's List due to its positive reviews and were very pleased with their service. They were able to schedule an appointment promptly and the cost seemed very reasonable. Armando, the technician who came out to our home, was very thorough, professional, and knowledgable. We had some rust due to a small leak that was cosmetic - he was able to identify the leak and our filter was changed. Our furnace was otherwise working well, no significant issues. We would definitely use ABLE Heating and Cooling again in the future.

Able Heating & Cooling was able to come out on the same day we called with the request. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice, and our technician showed up right on time. I would definitely recommend Able to any of my friends.

They were awesome. I called them at 08:20 am and Leland was here by 09:00 am. He was right o time and the furnace was working again by 09:00 am. All of this on a Friday morning during a cold snap. I am so happy so I called them.

Emergency at our office on a Saturday. No heat in the building. Able came within three hours, fixed the problem and the price was extremely reasonable. Outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

Bid process went very smoothly. Kelly came out and did the bid on the spot (even had a portable printer) so no wait time on that. He was very thorough and had a great idea on the furnace drain that enabled us to avoid installing a separate pump. Since this was the part that failed the most on our old furnace, we were very interested in a no-pump solution. The install itself went very smoothly. Workmen showed up on time and got the job done within a day. Kelly came by later to give us a rundown on how it worked and a week later when we had some questions, he came back by then. He also provided some good financing options. Furnace works great and we are very pleased with the service we got.

It was a pleasure working with this company. Everyone that I spoke to, which involved two office support staff and the repairman dispatched to my house, were friendly, polite and professional. When the first repairman ended up being unavailable, they called me immediately and assigned me a different repairman. Will definitely consider using their services again in the future.

I called the top 4 people on Angie's list and they were very competitive and available on the same day. The Tech arrived when he said he would (actually 10 minutes before) and spotted the issue within about 30 seconds from first seeing the furnace. The pricing and time it took was just as reported over the phone. I will have them back out in the spring to service my A/C unit.

Their sales rep, Jack and the owner, Kelly were truely great. They ran into about every problem possible on a single job: gas leak, carbon monoxide leak, fire, etc. Yet these guys didn't leave me hanging or try to avoid the problems. They were on each one in a very timely manner. They kept doggedly on each problem until they got it resolved. Never griped, always polite. And they never brought up final payment issues until they were really sure me and my heating/cooling system were A OK. Because of the extensive work they were doing it took several days. To speed things along, they sent 2 1/2 crews out the first day so they could work on the furnace, heat pump and ducting all at the same time. Kelly (the owner) was on-site the first day and came out multiple times to check on things. He's very knowledgeable; he used to be a trainer of people in the business for for a number of years. I can recommend these guys whole-heartedly, and would have 'em back in a heartbeat. They're honest and hard working. They took good care of us. While the heat was off, they even brought out space heaters to keep us warm!

For the last several days we have been without heat. I was afraid that our very old furnace had finally hit the wall. After reading all the extremely positive reports on Able Heating and Cooling I called them this morning at 8:30 am and spoke with Kelly the owner. He was very nice and professional and quoted me $88.00 for a service call plus any parts necessary to fix the furnace. When he told me that he would be sending someone this morning I was thrilled since the house was so cold. About 90 minutes later a young lady named Christine called to tell me that serviceman Leland was on his way and that I could expect him in about 20 minutes....so far so good! Leland arrived and while he was down in the basement checking out the furnace, Kelly the owner arrives as well! Now I'm really impressed! Kelly did break the news that the furnace really needs to be replaced, however, they did get it working. I pretty much knew that it was a goner and was grateful that they got it running, even if only temporarily. When I inquired about the cost of a new furnace his quote was significantly lower than what another company, who I didn't trust from the start a few years ago, had quoted me. The bottom line for me is....this is a very professional, service oriented company with knowledgeable staff who will not take you to the cleaners. They wear uniforms, are very clean and keep their working environment clean. I would and will hire them back in a heartbeat!

Armando arrived right on time and did an excellent job. I loved his attention to detail! I had several questions and he took the time to answer all of them. I always like to have an idea of how things work and his explanations were good. Armando gets an A+ !

Our furnace died on a very cold morning. Able Heating's owner was at our door that morning to give us an estimate, within two hours of our calling them. He conducted a very thorough assessment of our house and heating needs, and provided quotes on several equipment options for us to choose from. After comparing the estimate with one from another contractor, we selected Able and signed the paperwork that evening. Able's crew arrived the next morning, on time. They were also very professional, left our house nice and clean, and we had a warm home again by the end of the day.

We had a new furnaced installed in 2007. In 2012 the combuston motor failed. I called Kelley atr Able to get the furnaced fixed. The company had been sold to Kelley since the furnace was installed so I was concerned that the warranty (if any) would be valid. To my suprise they sent a tech with a new motor under warrranty. The heater was repaired in less than two hrs from phone call. There was a service charge which is to be expected but the part was covered. Able Heating has a customer for life. Thank you Gordon

When I returned home at ~2:30pm, the temperature of my home was cooler than normal (62). The furnace blower was functioning, but the igniter would not come on to light the furnace. I called a couple of heating/cooling companies, but they both said they could not get to my home until after business hours. I then called Able and the receptionist was very helpful. She said she could get someone to the house within an hour and then said she would call the service rep to get an accurate time. When she called back she confirmed the service rep would arrive within an hour. The service rep, Kelly Wilhite, arrived shortly there after. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. Within a half an hour he had diagnosed the problem, faulty igniter, and fixed it. I would highly recommend Able to anyone with a furnace problem.

They came within 4 hrs. from my call and had the filter area cleaned and replaced/installed filter. Great service as usual.

It was excellent. They were prompt and responsiveness. I had no problems with the heater. I didn't do any comparison pricing, but I was happy with it. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. Armando was on time and very professional. Although he did recommend a newer, more efficient furnace, he understood that the cost was something we couldn't take on at this point. He provided information without being too pushy.

My positive experience with Able began on the phone. Christine was polite, pleasant and patient, and she was able to fit me into the schedule within a couple of days at a time convenient to me. Armando arrived right on time and is clearly an expert in his field (and an extremely affable guy). When he inspected my furnace and found a few additional items that needed changing out (igniter, filter), he explained all the reasons why and offered me advice on how to better treat my furnace in the future. Although I know nothing about HVAC, I never felt that he was taking advantage of my ignorance or talking down to me. He went above and beyond, agreeing to early AM appointments to suit my schedule and answering all my millions of questions. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Able. I will definitely use them again for my tune-ups in the future and would highly recommend their work.

Mr. Armando, the technician, was on time, very friendly and helpful.

I called Able Heating Cooling to come look at a couple issues we had. We have one room that is freezing cold and the room next door is very warm, so we wanted them to tell us options to regulate the rooms better. Also the furnace is very very loud and the filter is being pulled very hard. The first guy they sent was the wrong guy and apparently couldn't tell us anything regarding the first issue. Then I got a ladder as he requested and he was supposed to look at the furnace and do maintenance if necessary and he didn't. He just said well I can't do anything, called his office to tell them and then left saying they would send someone else out next week. Frustrated at all this and annoyed at losing a week, I gave them a second chance. bad decision. They didn't show up today at all. I'm not going to trust them to do a good job at anything when they can't send the right guy or even show up. Very bad business. They get an F from us.

Jack was informative and enthusiastic without being pushy. The technicians were prompt and efficient. Altogether, it was a very pleasant, easy process. We appreciated him making the rebate process so smooth.
