carpet installation
+ -1 moreThe first carpet install, included no cleaning up after themselves, with razor blades left on the carpet, which did cut my 10 year old knee open, and they had no care or remorse. The landlord asked them to come back and do another room. They missed 2 scheduled apts. When my husband when in today, they demanded a key for the house, to come in at their will instead of sticking to the apts scheduled. The woman asked why he needed an apt, and why they couldn't come with just me here, and stayed " what do you think my men are ganna rape your wife or something?"My my husband told her that statement was below the belt. She responded by saying " your below the belt!" After I called to figure out the problem, the statements from the owner were " I'm done with you guys." "I'm done with your house". "You guys are to hard to work with because you won't give me a key." Keep in mind, they have never asked for a key until today. Behond unprofessional, and very rude. They are hard to work with and have no comprehension of time or schedules.
