 + -1 moreWe've used them before. We're really happy. They did a really good job. It was exactly what we wanted. We're very pleased with them. They were professional. They were on time. They explained to me what they were doing. We were very pleased with their work. They were really good.. They don't have all the equipment but that was quick. They were so apologetic about it. It was a good experience.
Description of Work: They did some rewiring and up the voltage on a couple of our circuits.

 + -1 moreIt went very well I have used this contractor several times in the past on my home also rental houses that I own. They always show up on time and the electrician locates and fixes the proublem very quickly. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. There prices are very reasonable and I have never had any surprises on my bill.
Description of Work: Inspected my breaker box and electrical outlets, replaced a circut breaker and labeled my breakers.

 + -1 moreI called late in the afternoon and told them the dishwasher and plug-in above it were not working and I needed an electrician. Dave called first thing the next morning and said he was ready. I called my mother-in-law (we have a mother-in-law apartment), and asked her to let him in. He determined the problem, called me for my OK, and had it fixed by the time my husband got home for lunch. Dave owns several older houses himself, so really understands the 'special needs' of older homes.Great service, delivered promptly, as always.

Description of Work: I am having an enclosed porch, that will run from front door to side door, added to my house. Jeff Cochenour is the general contractor and so far it has been going find. I'll report fully when the project is complete. Jeff is doing most of the work with his own crew, but has hired out the pluming and wiring. Dan, from Hire electric came to do the wiring in so that walls and ceilings could be installed. He will return to wire in and install fixtures and doorbells as soon as siding and ceilings are in. The work he has done so far was excellent and he was very helpful in answering any questions I had.

Journeyman electrician showed up on time, completed the job for LESS than was estimated, troubleshot and fixed some other faulty wiring that had been done previously in the house by the previous owner for free. Installed an up to date, safer panel. These guys are friendly, small town good guys that take pride in their work.
Description of Work: Main House electrical panel shorted out, almost caught fire. Hire Electric electrician Tanner Elliott came to my aid on a Sunday afternoon, helped me secure it so that it did not catch fire. Then quoted me and scheduled me for a replacement the next morning. Great guy.
