+ -1 moreCascade Sweeps came to our house in Trout Lake near the time they promised. Within an hour they had cleaned two chimneys, gave me a report of their condition, and cleaned up both inside and out. I was very satisfied with their work. They accomplish the chimney cleaning by taping all pipe joints, surround the stove with a tarp, clean the pipe from the outside/top down by sweeping all the debris into the fire box, and then vacuuming out the firebox. They then remove the tape and tarps and completely clean up.
Description of Work: Clean two 18' stainless steel chimneys

chimney sweep
+ -1 moreCascade Sweeps showed up on the morning of 10/09/12 an hour and half late to perform the chimney sweep. Jeff Cordell came into our house to assess the job at this time. He informed us that he would return shortly to perform the job. That is the last time we heard from them. They never returned to our residence to perform the job. We were unsuccessful at contacting them by telephone and our multiple voice mails left with Cascade Sweeps were never returned. I have used this service in the past and never encountered any problems at all.
Description of Work: I hired Cascade sweeps to cleam my chimney on 10/09/12. Cascade sweeps had performed chimney sweeps at least two prior times at this residence.
