They gave us one quote and when they arrived and started work the price went up and up . They brought in anther person which was not on the quote and the price went up again. I have talk to a few people and they had the same problem

We called several companies Monday as we need the repair done ASAP. They told us they would be able to come out the following day, Tuesday. They showed up on Thursday. We had to call them to see what the hold up was. When the service plumber came, he had a laborer with him. They charged us for his time as well. We were not informed the laborer's time would be charged . We were not told it would be a two man job. The cost was calculated at half the plumber's labor charge, and half the time. We did ask that they install the hose bib and shut off after they arrived, which they did. They had to go to town to get parts which should have been on the truck. They knew what the job entailed We were charged for that time too. We will not use them again. We do not recommend 2Dogs Plumbing.

Prompt service and very professional. Even checked thoroughly to make sure that dishwasher worked as well. Cleaned up and verified that I didn't need anything else. Plan on using them again.

The work that was done was done reasonably well, it was however, completely unnecessary It was clear with the entire house backing up that the problem wasn't at each toilet or sink. So we paid for all the parts that were unnecessarily replaced. When the issue failed to be resolved and the owner/manager arrived to assist, he snaked the main drain (the hourly had snaked from the kitchen only) and the problem was immediately and completely solved. The following day we discovered that in snaking from the kitchen, the hourly had punctured a hole in an elbow of the pipe running through the basement. When we called to have them come fix it they intended to charge me time plus materials, which didn't seem right. The hourly also said that he would have to make several cuts in the pipe to get it out of the basement at 20 minutes a cut; I was looking at an hour, just to cut and remove the pipe. It was ridiculous. When I said he could cut the pipe once and I would carry it out of the basement, he became surly and indignant and told me I should find someone else to do the work. Which I did. We will never use Two Dogs Plumbing and recommend no one else does either.

The whole building experience was unpleasent, I would not hire the contractor again. The best I can do about him is not enter any report on them.

I was very pleased with the work the plumber did. He was courteous and did a great job. He did a great job of cleaning up after himself. The only way you could tell he had been there is that there was a new dishwasher in place of the old one.
