Dan May kept in touch about the schedule, showing up early morning on the appointed day. His son and Randy the very skilled back hoe operator, were friendly, thorough, cared for their equipment and left the site roped off and secure between days. The demolition took several days with great care taken for the one wall that could have damaged a neighbor's property. As the building was taken apart the they crushed the wood and filled their trucks to the maximum, putting light weight materials under heavy ones to pack tighter. Randy separated out some items for salvage on his own time as noted on the itemized bill. The site was left clean and clear. At the end Randy and Dan both asked if there were other things to take care of. The neighbor requested they do a small job for him, and they willingly did, and billed separately. The detailed bill gave a clear accounting of every hour, and came in at the estimate. Extra requests were billed reasonably, and also with transparency. I would use May again and recommend him highly!
