Description of Work: We had to replace our irrigation pump purchased from them in 2012. Low and behold, the new pump burnt out within a year. We asked for a replacement or discount on a new one. They refused. We will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

 + -1 moreI had alot of iron in my water. There weren't any softners that could correct this issue in our area, they heard of softner in KY that works well for this issue. The suggestion turned out to work well. My water is much much better now and years later it has held up. I've used Green Valley for years now. They have fantastic customer service, from the secretary to the technicians themselves. I have there number at an arms reach within my home, because I know if I ever have an issue, they will be out right away and will certainly be able to help. I can't say enough good things and would reccomend them to others in my area.
