Everything they said they would do, they did. They had a group of guys that talked about doing it fast, doing hard work and doing a nice job, they did. Anyway, we?ve had it for 8 months and it?s heating and cooling. I am very satisfied with it. The whole system cost us 7,000 something, I don?t remember. To repair the old system would have cost us at least 5,000, and then we don?t know if the heat pump would go out in 2 weeks or not. So, we were very satisfied with them. These units, you run them like you would your tv, each unit has a hand control. It runs the air conditioner or the heater, changes the temperature and whatever you want to do. We find that the other kind of heat system, you are actually heating the whole house, unless your running around shutting vents in the floor. This here, you actually run the unit depending on what the temperature is, could heat up the whole house for the day or if it?s cold, cold, cold you can run all three. We have never ran all three yet. I would use them in the future and I have used them in the past. They were punctual, they were efficient, they were fast. They did a neat job, tidy job. Everything was just like the fellow that we made the deal with, the manager. Everybody was polite and nice and they did everything exactly the way they said they were going to do it. Nothing could be done better. This system doesn?t cost as much to run as the old forced air. It?s a little bit sophisticated for old people like me. I?ve called them and said, ?I can?t figure out how to work this controller on this and that and the other, blah, blah, blah!? They sent a man right down and showed me how it works and away they go.

They were professional and did the job in a reasonably time. Had the equipment and things and stuff to do it with. They were pretty efficient and got the job done.

Checked unit and I was told it needed some parts he didn't have with. I called the co. that installed it and was repaired in about 15 minutes.
