Vincent did a wonderful install of glass tiles in my kitchen. I learned how difficult glass tiles can be to cut. Vincent was very meticulous with it, and the final result is beautiful ! Vincent is a true craftsman, and turns out a beautiful finished product.

I've hired Vince to complete several tile installations in my home, and every time he's does an excellent job. He pays attention to detail, listens to what the homeowner wants, and completes his work in a timely fashion. He is an artist, really, which is exemplified in the attention he gives to the aesthetics of the job he is performing. I'd recommend Vince without hesitation, and will definitely call on him the next time that I have a tile installation job in my home.

Vince is top notch, hands down one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. He cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work, was always prompt, worked with very high quality products, and his assistants also were very nice and helpful for the whole project. He knew right away how the previous shower was poorly installed, and diagnosed the ceiling leak issue we had related to the previous poor installation very quickly. The final outcome turned out better than we had imagined, and what we thought was going to end up being a more expensive tear out and re-install was priced VERY reasonably. Will deinitely use him again for any other tiling needs we have.

Once we met Vincent and talked about the project, we decided we did not need to look for another tile setter. From our initial meeting, we could tell he knew the best way to lay out the tile pattern and would work well with us in designing the backsplashes. We could not be happier with his work...it was high quality and excellent work. It was really nice to work with a professional who listened to his customer and took pride in doing an excellent job. I wish all contractors would follow his example. His attention to detail is AMAZING. He analyzes the job and determines the best way to lay it out so everything is even. If we had more tie work to do, he is the only guy I would consider...there is no need to look any further. One final note, we have very high standards for quality work in our home...we basically want the people we hire to be the best, not necessarily the cheapest. We expect the work to be near perfect and are not satisfied with sub-par work. Vincent met all or our criteria of quality work and professionalism.

Showed up on time, laid down carpet protection, started the shower pan and made arrangements with plumbing inspector for the following day. After inspection he got right to work and had most of shower ready for tile. He made it a point to discuss any issues he forsaw and would ask for my opinions/ recommendations. Always cleaned up after he was done.He does good clean work. Very satisfied with the work

My husband and I were remodeling our masterbath and needed tile and marble installed. I obtained two bids for this job, and although the other company gave me a slightly lower bid, it was apparent that this was "just another tile job" to them. On the other hand, when I met with Vincent, it was apparent that this was his passion. He took his time, really looking at the job, and thinking throgh the process before giving me a bid. By the time he left, I knew he was the person for the job. The job took 7 days to complete and during that time, he showed up every day on time, and got right to work and cleaned up the sight each day before leaving.Before he started installing the time, he worked with me to come up with the design, then as the job progressed, Vincent always talked with me about any issues or changes the were required. Because Vincent has so much experience, he was able to take my initial design and improve it so the end result was so much better than we had hoped for. The job is now complete, and we could not be happier with our new bathroom. Vincent is truly a craftsman. He is also a very down to earth, honest, reliable person and I would definitely hire him again.

I can't possibly tell you how pleased we are with Vincents work. His accuracy in fitting around electric plugs, switches was amazing to watch. We would certainly use him again .My wife's card club was impressed and expressed compliments.

We are renovating a 1960's mid-century contemporary home. Naively we thought if we were diligent with our interviewing, specific with our design ideas and had contracts in place we would not end up being one of the many people we know who have had nightmare experiences with contractors. Well, here we are writing our own story to share with the world. We decided to start our project in the lower guest bathroom/laundry room. The job included a custom shower (travertine and marble), 18' x 18' travertine tiles installed on the floor on a diamond with minimal accents pieces, and tile baseboards. The total tile portion of the project was approximately 200 sq ft. We have had two (supposedly professional) contractors who have not completed jobs even though they were paid in advance. We were desperately searching for a tile professional to complete a difficult tile job. After interviewing 7 or 8 new contractors we finally found Vincent! We were skeptical at first but decided to trust. Vincent completed the job with professionalism and courtesy. He involved us every step of the way. He asked questions and pointed out potential issues. He took the extra time to be sure every element was completed to our satisfaction. Since we are trying to achieve a very specific design style it was nice to work with an individual who appreciates the design process. I cannot tell you how bad it feels when you think you are doing the right thing and paying quite a lot of money up front because you feel you can trust them and they never return to complete the project or they do not complete the project to your satisfaction and you never hear from them again. Or, equally as bad, thier customer service is so horrible you have that sinking feeling in your mid-section that this was not a relationship you should have allowed to continue. Or you failed to have them sign a contract stating you paid them up front and they agree to return to finish the job. This is actually a happy ending to at least part of our renovation story. Unfortunately we will be filing CCB complaints against the other contractors in hopes of recovering a portion of the money already spent.

The person who came out did really good tile work for us. He is on Angie’s List. He is in a different area and I think he is out of Salem. He does ceramic tile work. He has done five different jobs for us over the past 10 years. We spent about $800 for the last job. The jobs have been excellent. He has a strong attention to detail. He plans out the whole project before he starts laying the tiles. He really listens to customer input. I found his prices to be reasonable. He also cleans up after himself.

We were completely satisfied with the work done. We weren`t on a strict time schedual since one bathroom at a time was done. Vincent is an exceptionally need worker and everything was cleaned up before he finished for the day. We were extremely happy with the overall job he did.

He is really good at translating a customers idea into a finished product. He is very creative and makes suggestions as to what will look best when the project is complete. He is flexible and willing to work within the customers schedule and budget.
