 + -1 moreFor the first 6 months we had complaints after every cleaning. Then, finally on the 7th month we got the best cleaning ever. This lasted for about 3 months, and now they are back to unsatisfactory cleanings again. If I hadn't received about 6 months of cleanings that were not satisfactory and therefore overpriced, then I'd be willing to overlook them missing a small thing here and there. After our last cleaning, not only did they not take out our garbage and forget to pick up dust they had swept into a corner in the kitchen, they also didn't respond when I complained. I will no longer overpay for substandard work and have decided to shop around again. I don't know anyone who pays as much as I do for cleaning among my friends even though their houses are bigger and cleaner than ours is. If we weren't busy and had lots of time to shop around, we would have done so sooner.
Description of Work: They have been cleaning our 1300 sq ft of our home since September 2012.
