I am so pleased with the Trex deck and Trex RainEscape Deck drainage the Benitez Quality Construction completed. Mr.Benitez was accurate in his estimate of cost. There wasn’t any surprise when the job was completed. The estimate for the amount of time to complete the project was only a little over. I was informed ahead of time and no problem, with it. I believe he was just making sure everything was being installed accurately and within Trex installation requirements. This also showed in the exceptional quality of the Companies completed work. He was very considerate of not disturbing me while they were working and cleaned the work area every night. He worked 8+ hours daily which meant he wasn’t working on other jobs at the same time, as some contractors do. I don’t like when that happens because of the amount of time it adds to the project I need done. Also, I believe it is easier and less confusing for employees to do one project at a time. Mr. Benitez assisted me in making decisions on my choices of material to be used, explained how the process would work and answered my questions as they arose during the project. Benitez Quality Construction showed pride and good work ethics in their work. I would hire them again if needed and am recommending them to anyone who needs fast quality work done. This is very hard to find now days.
