Everything done incorrectly. A big mess. Company and owner will not correct all the errors made.

We wanted to put in a new concrete back patio, going from an 8x8 square pad to something that ran the length of the house about 38 x 12 feet. I was looking for magic words when I was getting my bids for concrete work: -Rebar -Drill into foundation -6 -8 inches of 3- gravel -that tree will have to go We had one person who came up with the phrases " we'll need to tie in the rebar every" and "drill into foundation." Kevin and his company hit every expectation I had on our new patio. Demo'd perfectly and moved some of the broken concrete for me to re-use for my grotto area in a lower part of my yard. Leveled and spread 6-8 inches of 3- gravel with some extra for me to use for another project. (by my request.) Compacted, leveled, and flattened gravel. During the process they broke off an exterior hose bib, shut off the water, and got a plumber out within hours to fix and replace the hose bib. Multiple calls to inform me and my other half. Very on top of the job. Vents in the foundation sectioned off and protected with 6" foundation spacers. Rebar Concrete pump truck came in Pumped, smoothed, and spread concrete in under an hour with a pumping concrete truck. Yay no clean up. 1/4 inch run off away from the house...I love this patio. :) Just call the man and hire him for your project. He makes your vision come to life. Compression joints. Rough broom finish ( as I requested no slipping on the patio for me.) Kevin as all concrete guys are in the late spring and summer is crazy busy. He was delayed from our original start date of May 18 due to another job's delays. He made sure to inform me and return my calls as well as check in with me if I had any questions through the entire process and introduced me to the members of his crew that were at our home. I was very listened to by Kevin with all my concerns addressed. All of the plans that I am working on in my back yard is centered around my perfect patio. Kevin has helped me create the foundation for my Backyard Retreat.
