Quoted $109.00, paid $338.00. Cleaner sold e on all extras. Two days later spots started to show. Large areas were not thoroughly cleaned as carpet dried it was obvious. For two weeks tried to have them come back and re-clean carpet. I was bounced from person to person and never had anyone willing to view my carpet. Had carpet cleaned by another company and the dirt and residue left by zerorez was disgusting. Asked zerorez for refund and was told to take it to small claims. I will be filing next week. Bait and switch is their game. DO NOT use this carpet cleaning service as it is fraught with poor performance and horrible customer service. Second cleaner said he would testify about prior unacceptable cleaning prior to his service. You would think that a "professional" company would avoid a small claim loss, and the results posted on every review site.

Very well. Quicker than I thought it would be. Carpet looks great, but only time will tell if the spots will re-appear.

Great! Arrived on time, carpets look good - not all stains came out but it is better! We have kids & pets so the carpets get dirty, very happy with the results.

First I want to explain that my carpet is only 2yrs old. It is high end Mohawk Smart Strand (Horizon collection, Sheer Ecstasy) so if you want to look that up you will see what the cost of my carpeting is & the amazing warrantees of this type of carpet. The padding is also the highest end padding. I have had pet stains on the carpet before when my cats decided to use my Christmas tree as a litter box for over a month & when my kids would sneak the animals into their rooms. With some work I was able to get that urine out completely & it is not at all visible under black light. I called zerores because over the summer for about a month I had a “friend” watching my house & not only did they track in amazing amounts of dirt but they also allowed my animals to just go crazy allllll over my carpet downstairs (which consists of my living room, a short hallway, a front foyer room, one bedroom with a large closet & a small office room = 5 rooms tops). I called Zerorez when they were having a $33 per room “sale” (that should be $165 or $198 if they counted the closet as a room) plus I had them clean my couch, 8 dining room chairs & a rocking chair (over $300 for all that). After All was said & done they charged me (now hold onto your seats!!!) A little over One THOUSAND Six HUNDRED Dollars! Yes you read that right...for 5, maybe 6 rooms and some chairs & a couch I was charged $1600! I was told they used “special extraction methods” and “topical” blah blah blahs.... which would’ve hurt my pocketbook but been ok IF they had gotten the stains out & did what was promised & IF they had spent more than 3-4hrs on it (yes that means I was charged $400-$533 per hour & I didn’t even get a happy ending) The chairs were done okay, I could still see several spots on many of them, the couch still had a couple spots & even two crusty spots and the rocking chair looked ok (also still had some spots). While it was still wet he went around to show me that the stains were “less noticeable” under black light. I just happen to have a very good black light flashlight so after it was dry (which took two days) not only could I still see the dirt on the high traffic areas in regular light as well as a few stains but then I went around with my flashlight & I was LIVID!!! In many areas it looked as if the carpet wasn’t even touched!!! ALL THE STAINS WERE STILL THERE!!! I of course called the company back & they sent the same guy back out a week later (and of course he showed up 3 hours later than I was promised) He tried to “explain” that the carpet was stained with the urine and it would still show up under black light no matter what he did & when I told him about past stains I had removed myself that no longer show up, he had nothing to say about that. He also said “urine is not as bad as bleach but close to it” when I explained that my carpet can not be stained with even bleach he again had nothing to say & just continued to give the same excuses as to why I can still see dirt & stains after spending over $1,600. He kept saying “I can’t smell anything so that means it worked & I was able to extract all the urine”. Even after I pointed out visible stains in broad daylight, he kept making the same excuses over and over as if repeating the BS was going to somehow make it believable. He then said he would go over all the carpet again & clean the spots on my couch & we had to move ALL my furniture All over again & this time he spent a little under 2hours “re cleaning” the carpet. (So now that’s a little over $260 per hour if I’m being generous). Right after he left I went around with my black light & what do you know...he didn’t touch the spots on the couch and all the carpet is still stained, still not cleaned properly & I am still livid! I have now wasted TWO days & tons of money on this BS company!
