Description of Work: Over a period of about six months I worked with Patricia Atkins to put a lot on the market. She advised me of maintenance that should be done to make the lot more appealing and assisted me in finding workers to do this. She arranged for appropriate signage and always informed me when workers would be on the propertty. As she followed the market it became clear the asking price was too high compared to similar properties. We discussed lowering the price and did so several times as the market indicated. She always gave me ample information to justify changing the price which ultimately lead to selling the lot to enthusiastic buyers who will I believe be good stewards of the land which is important to me. The $5820 was the commission we had agreed upon. I am happy with her consistent efforts on my behalf. Now I have asked her to continue to work with me as we put my home on the market. She is giving me good information to prepare the home and make certain all features of the house will be presented at their best.
