They are responsive. I have not had any problem with pest ever since. So if I have a problem and I call them they take care of it. The people that work there are great and I have not had any problem with them.

I was not too satisfied with their service. They sprayed this chemical in my bedroom which had a very strong smell. I had to sleep in the guest room. An elderly lady passed away due to respiratory disorder after that. I would not use them again in future.

They do a monthly treatment so we don't have carpenter ants.

We had a good experience with them. They are there on two different locations. Just in the last six months, we have discontinued it because we had some financial issues to deal with. We were never unhappy with their services. They charged $100 first time fee and then it was $40 a month. It was a reasonable fee. We live on the edge of the forest and the area behind our house is underdeveloped, so we get a lot of critters from the fields. One of the things we have a problem with in the Pacific NW is carpenter ants. They were knowledgeable. They were effective in helping us solve our infestation problem, especially with the carpenter ants. The mice kept coming, but we had them under control. They were good about communicating. We had them come on a monthly basis, but they would call ahead and confirm the appointments and so on. They had some flexibility if we need it. They were easy to connect with and reschedule, so it was a good experience all the way around. They are one of the best known in our neighborhood and community. We don't have much to compare with. We were satisfied that we were getting good value for the price. We appreciated the communication and the knowledge that they had. They knew what they were doing. They were on time with the appointments and flexible with rescheduling. They were well-dressed.

We have this company on a monthly contract. They come out every month to come out and spray around the house, and keep bugs under control. They do a great job, are on time and very professional. They do such a good job for me I decided to keep these guys around a long time.

They were okay. Their prices were a little high. The quality of the work the last time was good. They were here on time. The guy was real professional.

A young man came and he found the place where the mice were coming in. He sealed it and checked places under the house to be sure everything was sealed. He put down traps and we haven’t had trouble since. We would call him again. We had other people here that didn’t do a darn thing. We have no complaints at all about Swanson’s.
