This is my second time using Squeaky Clean and I am so glad I found them. My roof pitch is dangerous, and being surrounded by fir trees and maples, it presents quite a challenge by November. It is worth every penny to me to have competent people handling this job and as a bonus they are personable, ethical, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

We have used Squeaky Clean before, and, as always, they did an excellent job. All windows are cleaned spotlessly. They remove and wash all screens, and clean the window sills. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend they highly.

Harry came right out to give an estimate for gutter cleaning. My roof is steep and prone to moss. He also advised me on next steps for roof cleaning. We agreed on a date, but was able to do the job earlier than expected. He and his team worked fast, cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant to work with - kept in touch via text for dates and estimate. I'll definitely use Squeaky Clean again.

I'm very happy with them. I will definitely use them again. It was $100 for gutter cleaning. It was fantastic! They're very fair and very reasonable if you go by the amount of gutter they have to clean. It was really good.

I called Harry for an estimate. He came out the same day. He quoted his price and set a date two weeks out. He and his partner, Rachel, came at the appointed time. The fact that the day turned out to be a Phoenix day(hot,hot,hot) underscored their professionalism. They were friendly, efficient and most importantly they delivered exactly what they advertise, and quot;squeaky cleanand quot; windows. They cleaned the window channels and where necessary took windows out to clean vapor barriers. Since they can't offer a guarantee that the windows will not get dirty again, we will definitely call them for our next window cleaning.

Their name says it all! This was the first time that we hired Squeaky Clean to clean our windows. They did a stellar job! We have used other window services, including others on Angie's list, and they are by far the best. I called them on Thursday, they were here the following day. They are a husband and wife team and work well together -- you can tell that they like what they do. We have a fairly large house which includes 5 large floor to ceiling windows on the second floor. This is the first time that we had window cleaners that had the equipment for and knew how to properly clean these difficult-to-reach windows. All windows look as they did when they were new. Squeaky Clean did a great job and their price was, if anything, a bit low for the quality work that they performed.

I have used them for years now. They are exceptional professionals, taking pride in their craft, and able to do the best job I have ever experienced. Most other washers decline the job at my home due to the size of windows on a precarious ledge before a 22 ft vertical drop to the road below. As backpackers, they are not afraid of heights and have the skills to manage such situations. On top of it all, they show superior integrity and thoughtfulness in their interactions with homeowners. I actually enjoy their "visits" here while they steadily work even though I see / contract them only 1-2 times per year.

They did an excellent job. Also, they were on time and I was able to make an appointment within a reasonable manner. There were two people cleaning the windows, who cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows, the screen doors in addition to our doggy door. I was very pleased with their service and thought the pricing was very reasonable.
