Description of Work: made a ppt to check mattress problem. I gave a poor review but since i called this am was clarified that they meant the mattress had clumping. I had spoken to a mattress person at my daughter's who said when they wanted a measourment that it was dip they may have meant. They need toclarify the terms of problems I havd had mattress for a year to the date couldnt keep first appt in late January was gone. I tried sending a photo but no success. they didnt think problem was that much to look at. Today they said they meant the rise vs dip in mattress. I was told had lots of time (10 year warranty) I asked if they really wanted me to forget in time. there is an appt this weekend to see if mattress needs repair.

 + -1 moreThe experience overall was excellent. the delivery,on time even when i could nt wait for one day for a delivery. The movers were professional, I even had a chance to clean where old bed had been theywaited for me. They came promptly with the delivery to exchange for lower matt board and take mattress than was spoiled back. they used shoe covers and didnt knock anything down I had a phone which doesnt take automated calls so the sales agent had me call him as i was going to be out when call would come. I called him and he told me the time for the delivery next day/ The price was matched also from another store who charged a high price for shipping. I was accomodated for replacing a spoiled mattress takig my old one, and has a good warranty Als Marc explained things about the policies and different mattresses

 + -1 moreI was very satisfied with the mattress that I purchased. I hope I don't have to go back because I bought the mattress with a 20-year guarantee and it cost me all my legs. I'd recommend them highly. I bought a mattress about two and a half years ago from some place else, and I paid around 650 dollars on sale. Now I already have it worn out. But for this, all the way through, I'd give them with an A. Their price was competitive.
