Seniors Helping Seniors

Description of Work: I had an appt with __Spofford, (her name is Emma; her husband was here, I don't remember his name!) I did use the franchise owned by the Spoffords He was most attentive, listening, asking more specific questions to more closely gauge my needs for my mother. The two (or three) persons who did help us were all quite courteous, considerate, helpful, and responsive! Each arrived a bit early, due to uncertainty with the neighborhood. Each brought their own water, something to eat. One person was hired to help with yard work -- most satisfied! Once the job was explained, the person required no further input from me--wonderful! Another person was hired to help with paperwork; this was a little more challenging, for me to explain to the person--she was attentive, courteous, and helpful! The owners were both quite considerate: Services had been paid for up front--and my Mother passed. They were most understanding, and were timely in reimbursing the balance of the funds.
