Scott and crew replaced my driveway, sidewalks, and an extensive patio. He was easy to work with and aided me with some areas of redesign. Scott is cognizant of current codes and site specific considerations. All his work looks and functions perfectly, including drainage. Replacement of my concrete was efficient and I'm confident it will last for many decades, improving the value of the home. This was money well spent. I told Scott that I was flexible about the date he started, but wanted the job done with no intervening delays. We agreed on a start date, and he told me that the job would take four days. He made me a bid, and I accepted. I did not seek other bids. He showed up on time, and two workers were on-site until the job was finished four days later - with about half an hour's cleanup on day 5. All workers were respectful of my convenience at all times, and appeared to really know their stuff. The patio, which involved a step to my rear door, allowance for a sewer clean-out access and access to existing foundation vents turned out beautifully, and the underlying construction gives me great confidence that it will look great for the life of the house.

He was very responsive in looking at my project, providing an estimate, and provided information on concrete truck costs, short-load cost thresholds, what color to dye the concrete to match up with existing, etc. He also had a good suggestion regarding crack control when pouring around the outside corners of existing post pads in an under raised deck area (using and quot;sill sealerand quot; for isolation between the new concrete and exisiting). He only had a small window of availability to do my small project because of the other work he already had scheduled. Because I could not quite get my piping and form prep work done in time to meet the time he had available and because his price was a bit higher than another I had obtained, I ended up using another contractor this time. But I was impressed with this contractor and would definitely consider using him in the future. The information and time he spent with me was a helpful.

Very experienced and professional. They showed up on time and did the work as they had promised. I certainly will call them back for any future work and highly recommend Scott for getting your concrete work done.

Existing cement demolition and removal went smoothly and quickly. Scott was ready to bring in an arborist if the root situation called for one (it didn't). The crew showed up promptly in the mornings and were packed and cleared up by 5 p.m. or so. By Oct 31, the gravel and rebar were in place and very well "caution"-taped off so Trick-or-Treaters were not at risk that evening. The concrete delivery and pour was on time and everything was done right to maintain ideal curing conditions. The site was left spotlessly clean of any debris or concrete remnants.

All went well. The slab turned out smooth and well finished. Scott and crew were pleasant to work with..
