Called in morning, answered promptly and professionally. Discussed problem and was told a repair person would call me back. Call back was within an hour, and able to schedule that afternoon. Person arrived exactly on time, was courteous and clearly knowledgeable about sprinkler systems. Worked hard and quickly, fixing the problem within an hour. Highly recommend this company.

They scheduled a visit promptly to evaluate what we needed, and then a second visit to make the repairs. They then showed us how to use the system, and how to winterize it. Pleasant to work with and did a nice job.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and did exactly what they promised. They are very experienced an have a lot of background in this area. I felt I hired real professionals. I have told them I would have liked a little more training in learning to operating the system.

He was very courteous, attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. He showed us how to make adjustments to the sprinkler heads that we had not known how to do.

Crew was polite, hard-working and took great pride in their work. Mr. Schelsky carefully inspected work before submitting final invoice. We had 3 separate bids and Mr. Schelsky was the only one who broke down the bid as we requested detailing each of 3 projects separately. Bid very detailed; no surprises. We wanted to pass on how happy we are with our new patio! Early this summer we came into your Prairie Road office to inquire about putting in the new patio and you referred us to three different landscape contractors. (Lane Forest Products gave the referral.) We selected Schelsky’s Landscape and our experience with them was simply terrific! Our primary contact with Schelsky’s was Darrin but the entire crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. The job was done efficiently and within the time they said it would take to complete the patio. We really appreciated the way they listened to the goal we had for the project. We wanted to create a courtyard effect with the new patio and tie in the existing aggregate sections so that everything tied together. They more than met our expectations! Since we will be doing container gardening they put drip lines in that run off of the old sprinkler heads around the patio that no longer water lawn. Our new ‘courtyard’ is like adding another room on to the house! By the way, the crew took great care to ensure that the lawn was protected and, where necessary, was reseeded. You would never know that all the materials, a bobcat, and other equipment had been on the site! Many neighbors have come by and commented on how nice the ‘courtyard’ is and we’ve given out Lane Forest and Schelsky’s references. Hopefully this has resulted in additional business for both companies.
