PACIFIC TILE

Le Ann came over to measure the bathroom. I wanted to buy in-stock tile myself, so she gave me the dimensions plus overage they would need for the job. I called her when I'd purchased the tile and we scheduled the time when they would come, rip out the old tile, and install the new. Their schedule had to work around the plumber's schedule, and they were very accommodating. The work took two days--first day was rip out old tile, haul it away, and put down a mud. The second day they returned and installed the new tile. There was some left over, so I was able to return it for a refund.

I had a hard time trying to locate a reputable tile installer that would take on a job this small. The local wholesale tile store recommended this couple. I was so happy that I was even called back. Within a couple of weeks from my initial phone call, LeeAnn came out to our home. I showed her some tile samples and we were whisked off to a local tile store. My kitchen is pretty modern, lots of straight lines, I wanted texture. She encouraged me to make the decisions, giving me more options that I had not thought of. It took several 1-2 hour visits to my home. First, the waterproofing adhesive, then tile applications in 2 visits, then the final sealer. Stretched over a week, but we were flexible and not in a great hurry, although Easter dinner was at my home. It was finished except for the final sealer by Easter.
