Excellent company! Professional, responsible, punctual, knowledgeable and a dream to work with. Brad answered all our questions during the bid process. He was very helpful in designing our project and was very responsive to all our concerns during the forming and pouring process. Our job was a huge project and Brad and Jessica were phenomenal at putting our minds to ease! This company does not stop until you are 100% satisfied with their work.

We selected Natco because we thought they had the best plan for our little pad addition on the side of our house linking into an existing walk and pad. The weather was pretty threatening on the day they came and got much worse by the time they poured the concrete. It was miserable and they ended up working into the dark. When the concrete dried there were concave areas where water collected in the pad below the stairway. We called them and they came over and agreed about the problem. We arranged with them to come back in the spring to fix the problem. In April they came back, took out the concrete pad with the problem and replaced it. In the end, job well done. Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly and worked to be sure we were happy with the job. We appreciated that.

It was AMAZING!! They showed up on time, every time. Joe was always on the spot, checking to make sure everything was done according to what we had in mind. If there were any questions, he would always stop and check with us before he moved on to the next stage. The crew was extremely competent, friendly, and polite. The work was done on time, and for the price quoted. We were totally impressed with the quality of the work, and the people. About 2-3 hours after the last pour for the sidewalk, we noticed that we had prints from a squirrel going down our sidewalk, and called to see if anything could be done. They were able to free up 2 people to come and smooth out the prints, and they are hardly noticeable now. Can't say enough good things.

Jessica and Joe were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, responsive and did a great job on the concrete work. I would definitely use them again if I needed concrete work.

I love my new patio! They did an amazing job. Chelle was great to work with and really helped take my idea for the patio from good to amazing. Every step of the way they were helpful, responsive to questions and accommodating. I would hire them again without question and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

NATCO was great to work with. Extremely helpful, always very responsive to questions and very reasonable to work with. Also, I can't say enough good things about Chelle. She took my idea for a patio and made it amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Project Completed

I called them and they said "Shell" would call me back about the details. So she did and they came out and talked to me about what I wanted, and spent a long time measuring my porch so they can give me an estimate on a replacement. So I was encouraged and was just waiting for the price, and was going to go ahead with what would probably be an expensive job (a friend in construction estimated maybe $10,000). But they never called back or returned my calls again. I waited and did not hear, and then phoned and left a message, and phoned again and left another message. And when I didn't hear after that, I figured that if they don't even return my calls before they've signed on to do the work, that's a bad sign, right? I never did hear from them, after all the measurements and everything. Isn't it just baffling when companies do that? So my guess is that they are flaky and disorganized as heck.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the results. I didn't think the results would be as good at they actually are. Prior to the project, the stamped patio area was an un-pleasing light tan color and had clearly not had any care for many years. I had them stain it a darker brown and apply a glossy hardener/sealer to the surface. The results are amazing. It looks modern, like new and really makes a difference in the overall look of the yard. Before they applied the color/seal, they had a professional pressure washing company come in and prepare the surface. Everything was done on time, and the interactions I had with the office crew and/or work crew at Natco were very professional. They were honest and seemed to want to get it right, instead of just getting it done. They gave me some "this is what I would do if I were you" type of advice which is really helpful and sincere. I had several bids for the work, which varied widely in price and approach. But overall, Natco seemed to be the most honest and not trying to over-sell.

They started on the day they had scheduled for us. They were friendly & professional. They cleaned up after the job. They took great care not to damage our lawn when rolling wheelbarrows of concrete over it. When Joe (the owner) came out to give us an estimate, he was also friendly & professional, and very easy to talk to. They did the job in a very timely matter & for the amount they quoted us. We will definitely refer Natco to our friends & neighbors. If we ever have any more concrete work done, Natco will be the one doing it. Overall they did an excellent job for us. Thank you to everyone at Natco!

They were wonderful, the guys were perfect and they did a wonderful job on the driveway. They were fast, they did the whole thing in five days and it was just a superb job. They did a great job. They bought in trucks and stuff, they tore everything in about 3 hours. It's a big driveway and a fairly good sized sidewalk and they started in the morning and they had it done in the noon. They cleaned up after themselves, respectful and they were just hardworking guys. The price was reasonable and they were a wonderful team to work with.

There were some problems with this installation. I had wanted the concrete stamped with a slate pattern but that wasn't done. It was left as just a solid concrete. However when this problem was discovered it was handled quickly and efficiently and I was offered a choice of having it torn out or a price reduction. I chose a price reduction and am happy that I did and the mistake was made as I believe what I have now will wear better and last longer than my original intent. I am giving Natco an A because of their honesty and readiness to admit and correct an error. Errors can be made but it's the way they're handled that make a difference.

They bid on the job promptly, gave me a complete description of how they would complete the job, scheduled a date for completion. They showed up promptly, started and completed the the job in about 5 hours, cleaned up thoroughly and left the grounds in great shape. The following day, they returned to review the status of the completed project to assure my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with their work.
