Description of Work: Showed up on time. Very courteous and professional. Work was done quickly. He pointed out an issue with one of the parts, and explained everything simple enough for us to understand why it needed to be replaced. Very pleased with the work performed.

Description of Work: The company replaced a TXV component on my heat pump, and also replaced my heating strip with a new heating strip kit. Replacements involved two separate visits due to parts orders. Installations went as planned. Excellent technicians and excellent service. Will use in future for repairs and maintenance.

Description of Work: They did a furnace tune up and thorough inspection. They found two things that were installed incorrectly by another HVAC co, and bid to correct those. |To adjust the gas pressure would cost $100. I thought the bid was too high. |Theo, the technician, was excellent, knowledgable, professional, smart, courteous. He answered all my questions. This was a relief, after getting less than professional work done in the past. So I may pay the extra just to get it done right the first time.

Description of Work: We used a service to evaluate our heating and air system the prior fall. They spent a lot of time trying to up sell. After the 'service' we realized the service person had forgotten to put something back on and it essentially killed our A/C. Wary that this had happened the 1st time we turned it on after that visit we decided to call Marshall's who we would normally use to come check it out. Right away he saw what had not been put back and the damage it caused. Had we called the other company to return who know's if they'd have admitted it was their fault. Because Marshall's found it we were able to have it all replaced free of charge. We will always stick with Marshall's from now on!

Description of Work: Marshalls gets mixed reviews from me. Once they did a good job of blowing insulation into my attic at a good price but failed to send me paperwork in a timely way needed for a rebate . Instead of being sent the rebate paperwork in two or three days as promised it took several calls from me and three or more weeks . They seemed irritated by my calls instead of apologetic for not following through on something that should have been routine. I suspect that many Marshalls' customers lose out on the rebates because they aren't sent the needed forms. Recently I asked Marshalls to bid on insulation for a new addition to our home. Their representative came promptly to take measurements, etc., but it took him more than a week to submit his bid. By then I already had another contractor doing the work. I once inquired about a new gas furnace from Marshalls and was told I would be sent information about the units they sell. That information was never sent. We did install a new gas furnace last month but I didn't bother to ask Marshalls for a bid. This is an old company in Eugene that may be falling asleep at the wheel.

Description of Work: My heater stopped working and I called Marshall's to fix it. I was afraid I was going to need to replace my heater and instead I was told that the part was under warranty. The part was replaced and my heater works great. What a relief.
