+ -1 moreI never had a response of any kind; phone, text, email or letter. Payment had been made and funds taken from my account upon ordering. I called Angie's List and was refunded my money. I was disappointed to not have carpets cleaned for my out of town guests arrival.
Description of Work: Lack of communication. I signed up for the special and was never contacted in the agreed upon time for scheduling. I called and left messages at the call back number provided. According to the greeting on the answering machine the phone number was a valid number. I had scheduled for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreit went great. he showed up on time and was very friendly. carpets are clean and fresh. glad i opted for the scotchgard! i am glad i used them and i would in the future if i ever needed my carpets cleaned again.
Description of Work: they spot treated my carpets for some small pet stains and juice stains. they cleaned my living room, 2 rooms and hallway.

+ -1 moreI was referred to Linn Brothers Carpet Cleaning by a friend at church. I called and spoke with Kevin (the owner) and he was very polite. I told him that my carpets were very dirty and he said "no problem". We set up an appointment and he came out on a Friday evening. I didn't have to take time off of work, and he worked around my schedule! I moved all of our small furniture into our dining room, so that when he arrived he could just focus on cleaning my carpet. He arrived on time and began cleaning right away. He was done in about 2 hours and my carpet looked better than when I moved in 6 years earlier!! I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.
Description of Work: Spot treated and deep cleaned my living room, hallway and two bedrooms (the "gold" package). Also, added a nice, clean, fresh scent to make my carpets smell good.
