Jesse & Shann were very professional and worked together as a family which really impressed me. They even brought there son's to help with the job. The drive-way and patio turned out gorgeous and this company was a joy to work with. They explained every single process along the way and kept in touch by phone or e-mail to explain the dates and what they would be doing through out the entire job. I have told my neighbors about Key Concrete and what a great job that they did for us and if ever need another job done that involves concrete then Key will have my business!

They showed up for appt on time and discussed in detail what the project would entail. An estimate and contract were sent to us to sign and the date set for start of the project. We needed a short walkway between the patio and the side of the house. It took several trips out to dig out and lay gravel. They were very good about keeping us informed when we might expect them. The walkway actually turned out being much nicer than we anticipated given its location. They do not have a website that I found but can be found on Facebook where there are testimonials and photographs of work they have done. There are some very impressive photographs for projects much more elaborate than what we had done We had some ugly horizontal cracks in the corner of the foundation from when the house was built and the work was not done well at that location. when they were done it looked perfect. It was cosmetic work only, but much needed. Jesse and Shann Ormsbee are a married couple that work together. Jesse had other help with the concrete work. They were organized and presented themselves well and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
