Description of Work: Kevin of KS Electric performed a number of tasks ranging from quite simple to rather complex. He replaced two ancient, useless fluorescent bar-type lights in our garage (these never worked) with six new fluorescent, energy-efficient, long-lasting bulbs that actually go on with a flick of the switch!! He replaced two subpar, cheaply-made sensor lights with two good, durable, reliable ones. He replaced an old bathroom fan with a 'whisper-quiet' new one, and replaced the burned-out motor in another fan. He installed a ceiling fan in a stuffy upstairs bedroom and installed a real doorbell in place of a poorly-designed system that came with the house, where we'd had to store our doorbell wiring in a ziploc bag on the front porch for years!

Description of Work: I had a handyman at the house to replace an over-the-vanity 3-light fixture. We discovered we needed the junction box moved six inches upward in order to clear the medicine cabinet. I called K&S, explaining the situation to his able assistant. She called me right back and told me Kevin would be there in 15 minutes -- which he was. He made the adjustment needed efficiently and quickly, thereby limiting the "down time" I was having to pay the handyman while he waited for that adjustment so he could do the rest of his work. The handyman was there to fix the patching of the drywall where the old junction box had been. I've used Kevin before two or three times and have always been impressed by his "do it right" professionalism, which he also expects from his employees.
