They did come to my house to give me a quote for a ductless system and A/C unit and informed me he would call/email me in one or two days to give me a quote, but never did. 2-3 weeks past and I had to call the office back and ask for the quote. If you say you are going to do something, you should do it. It reflects poorly on the possible work you might do in the future. It makes you seem unreliable.

They came out the next day. Assessed the problem. Advised that all we needed was a new thermostat. Awesome.

They came out as planned first to assess the situation and find out what was wrong and what part needed to be replaced. Ordered the part and came back and replaced the part. Prompt, professional service. No problems. Good service. Trusted that they did the right job for the right price.

JCo Heating and Air Conditioning Co. is a great Company. Their Installation techs were very nice and did a fantastic job. Any Mess that was made they cleaned it up. Another reason I chose JCo is because they also are a locally owned Company. I am very glad that I called them. I did get many other Bids from other Companies but, JCo stood out for the best for me. I totally RECOMMEND JCo Heating.

Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving morning. New to the area and only in our home for 45 days we checked Angie's List and found JCO. They came out right away, provided options for the furnace and a price that we can live with. Springfield had one of the coldest periods in 30 years, JCO acted quickly to replace our furnace and followed up to make sure it was working correctly for us. They pulled all the permits, followed up with the inspections and provided the needed tax rebate forms. I would recommend JCO to anyone looking for an honest and professional company with a caring staff.

This was my third experience with JCo, I called them last July when the AC quit working and then again in October when one of my indoor units stopped working. Last July it was the same problem that had occurred when the unit was barely one year old.(2011) The company who had sold and installed this LG ductless heat pump(which is no longer made) did the repair and did not charge me. When it happened last year I called JCo after seeing the $29 charge for a service call. Each and every contact with Veronica in the office and both Reagan and Brian for repairs has been very pleasant. Other than for this cleaning, LG parts (sensors) have been the problem for the system needing repairs. I would recommend JCo if you need the services they provide.

The representative showed up promptly, was courteous and professional and answered my questions. The company has also conducted follow up calls to see if I need a yearly inspection.

They were very professional in their installation. Perhaps it's a little undersized but, this was a cost-saving measure on my part.

thI called Brian Tiller to get a bid for the installation of Natural Gas piping (after Northwest Natural brought the Natural Gas Line and meter to the property), installation of a Rinnai Tankless hot water heater, and installation of a Heat-n-glo Natural Gas fireplace insert provided by a third-party vendor. Brian's brother (and co-owner) Craig showed up at the appointed time. Brian listened to our concerns and what we wanted to do with respect to this installation. Brian asked key questions that made this installation go as smooth as possible and made sure our vision of the install would be delivered. Additionally, he made a recommendation for us to move our washer and dryer to the left after the electric hot water heater was removed so that we could add additional cabinet storage. No previous bidder had been that astute in addressing one of our key concerns. Brian's unique ability to see what we wanted and then provide an obvious solution to our concern was most welcome. Kudos to Brian for finding a solution as six other bidders couldn't provide a solution to our concern. J Co then provided us a competitive bid within 48 hours of coming to our house. One thing that J Co did that no other bidder did and definitely impressed me was that J Co warrantied the subcontractors that the used. J Co became the single source of contact should anything be unsatisfactory or go wrong. Once the Natural Gas lines and meter were installed by Northwest Natural Gas, I called J Co, signed the contract with all the provisions I had requested. Again, J Co was very business like and gave me all the guarantees, in writing, that I needed as a customer to feel comfortable with the contract and the contractual arrangement. An install date was set and adhered to. Craig and his crew arrived at the agreed to time. The install of the Natural Gas piping, the Rinnai Tankless hot water heater and Heat-n-glo fireplace insert only took 2 1/2 days. We only had one problem with some piping for the future installation of a Natural Gas range, which caused the existing electric range to stick out too far from the wall. Craig immediately fix the problem once we brought it to his attention. Bottom line on this install - J Co did everything they promised, at the price they promised, and addressed every single one of our concerns in a timely manner. Brian, Craig (co-owners of J Co) and Veronica are to be commended for their work ethic, promises kept, communication and listening to the customer - something very few of their competitors did while bidding this project. If you want a contractor who is ethical, honest, and performs exactly as promised, and listens to you the customer, then choose J Co as a company you want to do business with.

Went very well, they are very thorough when checking on my heat pump. I have a maintenace program so they make sure that everything is running smooth. If I mis program my thermostat they are always there to help me fix it.

I purchased this service from a living social offer. When I called to make an appointment, they were courteous and efficient.On the day of the appointment, the service technician showed up on time and went to work without interfering with the other activities going on that day at our home. I believe he did a thorough job of inspecting the furnace and air conditioning units.

I have used Jco many times in the past year and find them to be very professional, on time and honest. I had all my air vents and registers cleaned, the gas furnace repaired as well and was very pleased with their service.
