+ -1 moreI called him three times and he never replied back to me. He butchered my plants and left all of the debris. He didn't rake it up like he was supposed to. He acts like he thinks he knows everything, but he doesn't
Description of Work: He set plants on top of the soil that he was supposed to plant into the ground, put vis green over plants that we talked about not doing, and chopped off the plants that were connected to each other.
