Finishing Touch Cleaners

This provider could not do the move out cleaning that they agreed to. They had someone call in then complained about the apartment being "dirty". I lived there for 5 years and moved out of town, so yes it was dirty which is why I hired someone to do the deep cleaning. We then agreed on full bathroom and kitchen cleaning. That service was not done either. The countertops were not wiped off, the drawers had debris in them. The cabinets were not completely wiped down. The floor was not even swept. I took pictures. I would never have paid for the service had I seen the outcome. But due to being out of town and Covid and this company is on Angie's List I trusted the work to get done. I'm trying to get something resolved with this company but the owner isn't being very communicative about it. She just apologized for the job not getting completed by her employee. And I never did receive an actual invoice for the work they claimed to do, she just emailed me a word document that was unprofessional and haphazard at best. My next step is to talk with my bank.

Finishing Touch does a great job at a good price. They arrive on time and when they are done the house is clean and fresh. Definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's gone great. We highly recommend Traci and her team at Finishing Touch Cleaning. Traci is an excellent communicator, her crew is prompt and works hard. Our home is large, there is so much to clean, we have them come weekly and are very satisfied. We have been using their services for close to two years now, and remain a loyal client. Because we have them come every week, we negotiated a bit of a discount, so be prepared to pay more if its just a one time cleaning, or not too frequent. However, if you're a frequent client, she is definitely affordable.
